Since I live an hour away and only visit Granbury on weekends, I didn't want to call and complain. I took a few pictures and came back today--and I'm so glad I did. The gentleman who assisted me apologized profusely and was incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to make it right, redoing my pedicure and giving me a beautiful polish job. Their dedication to customer service truly impressed me. I left feeling valued and well taken care of, and I'll definitely be back again. They often overbook, and my last visit had me waiting 30+ minutes past my appointment time to the point where I had to leave as I had other commitments. Don't think I'll be back, I wish they respected their client's time more.

Regarding my pedicure, I'll let my photos speak for themselves. DO take a moment to zoom in on the horror. From over-cut nails, uneven filing and miserable "cuticle care" to UNSPEAKABLY messy polish... which I had to entirely re-do when I got home. I still can't believe I had to pay for this. As for my manicure, I asked for "dip" but Tony decided I should have gel. When I objected, he got very defensive. It was late so I gave in. AGAIN, uneven filing, no cuticle care whatsoever, and the polish has weird lumps in it. $80 poorer, this is the third salon I've visited since moving to the area and by FAR the absolute worst.

So going in, I got the gel x service because I love this technique...which I shouldn't have done because initially the receptionist said they didn't offer it but then quickly got told by another employee they do. My nails are chunky and uneven. After asking multiple questions and voicing my concerns, the receptionist didn't have the nicest attitude. I also had to hold a black light flashlight to assist doing my own nails??? Which was very odd to me. Lol The lady who did my nails was so sweet though! If they weren't experienced with the gel x service, they shouldn't have offered. With all of that, they were phenomenal with my toddler and her gel nails are so cute! Maybe they just need more practice with gel x but I still had to pay full price for nails I wasn't satisfied with.

I went in to have a fill. I am new to the area and heard they were a good place. I told Ryan that…read moreI wanted a fill and that I felt that my nails were a little thicker than my previous nail tech normally does and could he make them thinner. Ryan told me that I had to have them removed and I needed a new set for him to fix them. Spent $80.00 + tip on too long super thick nails 1/4' thick nails. I went back in and asked him to make them shorter and make them thinner, he did but still WAY too thick, tipped for time because I felt guilty. I thought I would just suck it up and wait for fill time and try someone else, but then they started to lift bad on the right hand, I got one caught and it broke. Went back in and showed the manager my nails. Ryan soaked them off and "TWO" replaced my nails with new thin narrow nails, they looked great. No charge but I tipped her for her time. 4 days the right hand started to lift bad again, I sucked up the lifting and waited for fill time. Went in to pay for fill, TWO was busy I got Ryan again. I asked for a manicure because if they don't clean up my nails and cuticles they tend to lift. I got soaked in lukewarm warm water and my cuticles cut, literally he actually hurt me. Paid 60.00 for fill, nail art and 10.00 for him to hurt me and cut my cuticles, no manicure! I asked for red French tips. He had me check the first nail and he said "this ok don't come back and complain!" He only put one coat on, I asked for another and he said no it will mess up! It looks pink it's so light! I spent $170.00 total between work and tips and my nails have looked awful. See pictures!
