I am pretty sure these ladies are not licensed as they did not require a health consent nor did they ask me that if i have any areas to avoid which resulted in her re-injuring a torn rotator cuff. There was no skill in my massage just pouring oil all over me and rubbing it into my skin. They did not know trigger points and The deep tissue was a joke, and she rubbed her elbows down the middle of my spine which really hurt. They did that to my husband as well. I honestly have never wanted a massage to end so badly. At the end of the massage when my husband and I were getting dressed, she walked back in on us and we were fully nude No knock, no warning nothing. Again, I am 100% sure these ladies are not licensed nor did they go to massage therapy school as I was a licensed massage therapist myself. Not to mention, putting hot stones on bare skins is a huge no-no. It is against a massage therapy's creed as it can burn people and causes lawsuits. I never asked for hot stones because I'm heat sensitive and they put tons of hot stones all over me, including hot towels. At one point, the rocks kept falling on the floor and they were picking them back up and putting them back on top of me that is unsanitary. They kept leaving the room to attend to other customers and answering the phone. They were answering the phone while we were in the room getting massages. The whole experience was just terrible.
