If you have never been through a trust and will experience, it is a extremely frustrating process. I have been to Iraq a few times (decorated combat disabled/veteran) and a trust and will experience is worse!! Alex is a family oriented man and extremely knowledgeable in his craft. This review is long overdue, but I wanted to echo what the other reviewers have said about how great Alex Biddle and his brother, Greg are. Alex helped my family and I during a very trying time when my father died while we were in the middle of a real estate transaction he was co-owner on. Alex wasn't able to confirm if we could still make the sale while his estate was in probate before the closing date which was in less than two months away, but he got back to us shortly that it was indeed possible and he rushed the process through with about a week or two to spare. He then patiently helped us through the rest of the probate process, making it easily understood and smooth. I would also like to add that I had called several other lawyers before Alex, and Alex was both the first to call me back. But was also the only lawyer who didn't try to rush me into a paid consultation. While I understand lawyers make money from their time and knowledge, sometimes it's good to talk for a few minutes to explain your situation to make sure that this case and the circumstances are something the lawyer could handle so we don't waste both our times. Alex was not only willing to talk, but he answered a few other questions that I had which made me comfortable to go with him. Alex represented me on a contract dispute. I'm a small business owner, and my landlord attempted to unlawfully go against our landlord-tenant agreement. There was an option built into the contract but landlord was trying to get out of it so he could charge me more rent.
