She was willing to screen an applicant I met on care.com to ensure she was truly qualified and reliable. 4. She knows a LOT about being and hiring a nanny. For a first time mom going back to work and scared out of her mind about leaving her baby with a nanny, her knowledge was SO helpful and comforting. 5. The rates are reasonable and most importantly flat. Some of the other places we looked at charge a crazy ridiculous fee and their use of a % of total salary made me feel as if they were only sending me candidates at the top of my scale because they wanted a bigger referral check. Overall, I would say if you are looking to hire a nanny, you can't do much better than Your Happy Nest.
