Lovely Himalayan pink salt cave with halo-therapy. I have enjoyed lying back in the anti-gravity chairs and meditating. I've attended concerts and full moon sound baths that are wonderful. The services including manicures and pedicures are lovely. It's nice and low-key and worth the trip, I was well cared for there. read more

Four stars because the massage therapist did a good job. The price for an hour and a half massage was very fair too. I'd give zero stars to the woman running the front desk on a Monday night. She is passive aggressive snobby and rude. Made for an unpleasant interaction which quite frankly ruined the mood. read more

Amazing service by Susan. In March this year, I went to get a manicure and a lemon grass pedicure. I had been so stressed out and it was so needed. Such relaxing vibes and got the opportunity to do the salt cave. I left in uplifted spirits. Would totally go back again. read more

The service met my expectations the quality was on point and the vibe was relaxing with good conversation and treated respectfully. All my needs were attended to and met. I came in about a month ago for a brow and underarm wax by a woman name Miranda. I had a great experience with her. I decided to come back for a Brazilian because the pricing stated on their website was better than a lot of the other places in the area. On their website it states that a Brazilian wax was $45 (shows in picture). I am 39 weeks pregnant and it has been since April since my Brazilian wax but I have trimmed the hairs down. I had Joanne for my Brazilian, she was nice. She stated that my hair was a bit to long for the wax, which I've never had a problem with else where, and that skin was too stretchy. She was only able to complete about half of the front and said for me to come back a few days later once I had more of my hair trimmed down to get the rest finished . At this first appointment I was charged $55. Being under the impression that the price was for the full service that I was coming back to finished. I was wrong. Today I came back in to get the rest of my service finished. I was THEN charged around $20, making my service $75. The manager said that this price was due to time and effort that the waxer used for my service then said that their website states that this service is starting at $45 but prices could increase. Joanne did not practice hygiene during the service; using the same stick to apply the wax onto my skin and dripping back into the pot, dropping the strips onto the floor then picking them up to just put onto my skin to rip off the hair. This is on the behalf of my friend who doesn't have a yelp account: I am giving this place two stars because I like the color of my hair. I went in for a TRIM and color. I told my stylist before she cut any hair that my hair takes a very long time to grow. I take hair vitamins and use hair growth serums and use high quality products on my hair. She talked about cutting a half inch, which I was fine with. That then turned into her saying an inch. I said that was fine but absolutely no more than that. My hair in the front was longer so she said that when she cut that piece it would be longer. She showed me about an inch and a half between her fingers. I said okay. She then proceeds to hack off four inches of my hair all the way around my head. I say something when I notice how extremely short one side is and I said this is way shorter than we talked about and she said it was just a rough cut. The other side was way longer. She then hacked it off on that side to match the other. I started crying and cried the entire rest of my appointment. I turned around the see the insane amount of hair she cut off of my head. She started sweeping it away in hopes I wouldn't see how much was really cut off. She left a piece or two on the ground so I picked it up at one point and showed it to her and told her this isn't one inch this is way more than that and she just kept saying, ' I didn't cut anymore than I showed you'. That was entirely false. She was going to give me layers (we discussed this at the beginning of my appointment as we agreed on just an inch being gone from my length). I told her I didn't want them anymore because I didn't want her cutting anymore hair off of my head. My hair will be hiding in a bun over the next several months because of how blunt and uneven the cut is. I tried putting it in a pony tail and it looks way too chunky and uneven. When it's left down, it's blunt and one side is longer than the other. I am absolutely horrified. She took $10 off the cut because I was unhappy with it. I don't mind paying for the color and color service because that came out nice but I shouldn't have paid a dime for the hack job she did. I paid almost $200 total and left the salon crying. I am so embarrassed. She and the receptionist were also fighting when I was there and it was very uncomfortable. I should have left when they started doing that in front of a client. Dishonest owner. Poor service. Tried to give them the benefit of thee doubt, but each of the 4 times I visited, it got worse.

You need to make reservations if you want to visit the salt cave. They were very accommodating, we had a 1pm reservation but coming from Philly we realized that was not going to happen. We called and they happily changed our reservation to 3pm. They recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes early so you are not holding up other parties, since the room holds 13 gravity chairs. There is plenty of parking. Since it was our first time their, it was $20.00 a person for 45 minutes. The salt cave or room should I say is located down stairs and is very private away from the hair/nail salon. The room was beautiful with pink Himalayan salt slabs on the walls and lots of smaller slabs on the floor around the base of the floor. The chairs all had large soft comfy blankets on each chair. There was another party of 3 that sat on the opposite side of the room, which was nice we had plenty of space between our parties and we were not on top of each other. The thing I did not like was that someone from the other party must have been sick and kept coughing the whole time we were trying to relax and take a nap. You are not supposed to be on your cell or talk to get the complete relaxing experience. The coughing was very annoying bit sadly there is really no way to control that. The salt cave had roughly 17 tons of Pink Himalayan salt in the room, its supposed to bring positive ions into you body helping with allergies and ailments. It was a great way to spend an hour after being in the car for awhile. They offer packages, so you can come weekly to help with your issues or help you relax. I loved that they had salt lamps, bath salts, edible salts and other salt related products for sale when you finished. They were very reasonably priced. I treated myself to some bath salts. I suffer from migraines and have read putting some Pink Himalayan salts under your tongue can help so I also bought some edible salt as well. read more

I really have mixed feelings about this place. I have been here twice before for the Salt Cave, which is an amazing experience and so beneficial for one's health. Booked a "spa day" for my daughter and I. We scheduled for the salt cave, massages, facials, mani/pedis, hair, and makeup. The scheduling went smoothly, kudos to the young lady trying to coordinate the timing of all of that for two of us. I will only speak for my experience. I loved my facial and massage. Sandi (spelling?) was sweet and helpful, making suggestions for my skin type without pushing products. I actually fell sleep, and my face looked so clear when I was done. David, the masseuse, had magical hands! Most relaxing massage I've ever had, with just the right pressure and strokes. Tammy did my hair in a really pretty braid, and was super personable and nice to chat with. As far as services, that is where my good experience stopped. My manicure and pedicure were a bit sloppy, my cuticles have more hangnails then when I went it, and I didn't really want to hear about the girl's personal problems during my time, it was a bit awkward because I didn't really know how to respond. The girl who did my make up (I know both of their names, but don't want to be mean and call them out directly) was as nice as can be, but seemed a bit inexperienced (she said she uses all natural and vegan products, but some of the product lines she was using I am familiar with. They are cheap store brands, and did not fall under either of those categories) and she did not take into account I said I rarely wear makeup and wanted a very natural look. Five caked on layers later, my face felt disgusting and it was a completely a different color from my neck. When she turned me around and showed me, my displeasure was clear, even though I didn't intend that. I could tell she was disappointed and looked crestfallen. I felt horribly. The owner did make it right by not charging me for the makeup, and said she would "speak to the girl" and I practically begged her not to, because she looked slightly angry. Perhaps for someone else, that level of makeup would have been appreciated and she had good intentions. I went into the bathroom and scrubbed my face before I even left. The building is nice. There was some confusion about who was going where, with what provider, and when. They did charge us more than initially quoted, even with the makeup taken out. Some services had a "range" but we should have been in the basic range, lower end. Should have been $210 each, $420 total, but it was almost $470, and that was with taking the makeup charge off. I didn't want to annoy the owner any more after the makeup discussion, so I just paid. Not worth the hassle. My one piece of constructive feedback. We were there for 6 hours, which fell over lunchtime. If someone is there for 4-5 or more, maybe offering a small snack, like cheese and crackers or fruit would be a nice gesture. We were so hungry during our last few sessions. It wouldn't cost the salon a lot and would make a big difference. I'd go back for certain services for sure, but if it were a full spa day would probably book elsewhere. read more

Had a really amazing experience. Salt cave was amazing. The only down fall about it was you. Oils clearly hear people up stairs walking and moving stuff around. But I really enjoyed the cave otherwise. After the cave I followed it up with a Full body massage. I literally was done with the day. I had some sushi and lots. And lots of water. This place was not what I was expecting when I booked. The site makes it seem very high end and the prices of the massages also reflect that. However when I went in, it is not a high end experience. Tammy was my massage therapist and she was capable and nice but her way of speaking was far from relaxing. She was gruff and bluntly honest. It took me out of the relaxing experience I wanted. She did give a great hot stone massage but it was a similar "vibe" to a PT office. It was not soothing or calming. She whistled a lot which irks me and would just keep talking about random stuff while I was trying to relax. Not what I was expecting for like $145. She does a great massage but I feel like her personality is better suited in a different setting. Though, the entire salon did not seem to be giving off high end vibes either. read more

ThIs spa has SO much potential! First of let me say that if this review was for my massage alone it would be FIVE stars! Let's start from when I called.... the woman who answered the phone wasn't extremely friendly and almost short and rude, not the calming voice you usually hear when you call a spa/salon. Once I arrived I was about 10 minutes early, she had me fill out my paperwork for my massage I would be getting after 45 minutes in the salt cave. I found it really strange I wasn't offered any water/coffee/tea? I handed her back the paper work and she told me to have a seat. They also have really loud R&B music playing in the waiting area and the women that work there are loudly chatting as well, not really a spa atmosphere. I had to ask another employee for a glass of water you would have thought I asked for a 4 course meal. The woman acted like no one has ever in her life asked for a glass of water? After about 5 minutes and still no water and actually being really thirsty someone came over to take me to the salt cave. I walked down the stairs and she says after you, which is awkward because there's a million rooms and I have no idea where I'm going? Once we get into the salt room I have to ask AGAIN for a glass of water and I'm told I can't have it in the salt cave, I say that's fine, I'm just really thirsty I can step out and wait. Again, she seemed so baffled by someone wanting water.... she then tells me there's a bubbler at the top of the stairs but "just let it run for a few seconds before you drink it" ....?! At this point I'm pretty annoyed but try and relax my self, I choose a seat in the salt cave and a loud generator kicks on right next to my head. I have to get up and move all the way down to the other side of the room just so I could hear my self think and hear the music. Once the generator turns off I wait... 5 minutes.... 10 minutes.... 15 minutes.... no one comes down to get me to tell me it's over? Which would be fine if I didn't have a treatment right after and the woman didn't say "oh, I completely forgot about you!" My massage therapist was AMAZING! She really saved this entire day for me. But, it was REALLY hard to relax with the receptionist desk and what seemed to be a break room right across from the treatment room. These women were so loud it seemed like they were in the room with me. Laughing so loud, joking, answering cellphones... I know what two of them are having for dinner. That's unacceptable. My therapist was truly amazing and they did her a disservice by ruining my experience. Suggestions? The 5 stars is for the massage, not the rude owner. Theowner is probably one of the most unprofessional people I have met. There was an error in our appointments that we had schedule over a month before and drove an hour to get to. All we were told is that whoever scheduled it, made a mistake. Mistakes happen, I get it, but absolutely nothing was done or offered to make up for it. We were told we had two options, reschedule or get our money back. Not the best customer service at all! We rescheduled and I am so glad we did! Gary gave by far the best massage I've ever had. He was so thorough and attentive. If you can deal with a rude and unapologetic owner, see Gary, I promise he is worth it! My sister had a massage as well with Kristen and loved her as well. Went back again today, January 5, 2020 and the massage was as amazing as last time! Loved it! However, whoever is at the front desk is by far the rudest person ever! I absolutely love Bien Soigne! The Salt Cave is one of my favorite places. Great atmosphere and place to relax. A few months ago I was dealing with sinus issues. For four days my nose was stuffed up, nothing I tried to take seemed to help me breathe out of my nose. One trip to the Salt cave cleared it up! I now make sure to schedule a visit once a month. I also recommend Sandra for facials! As I get older my skin goes from breaking out to becoming extremely dry. It's been so frustrating. I started seeing Sandra once a month and the break outs are at a minimum and no more dryness. It is worth the price now that I'm not buying product after product trying to find something to work with my skin. The staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone! read more

I just called to find out basic information about the salt cave and salon- knowing very little about this place. The receptionist was oddly short and very unfriendly with me, even though I was kindly asking questions. If this is their mode of operation, I don't want to have anything to do with their business. My wife and her co workers were there today although they enjoyed the process but one tech wad not only VERY rude but very snooty when she was asked a question on how many times one should participate in the treatment the tech replied there isn't any prescription, so if you want to conne you just conne back she didn't offer any advice on when they should come back. When mht side came home she tore up her next two visit slips paid for already. She will never go back nor will her co workers. You lost so much more business than you know. read more

I was so excited to try out the salt cave here despite the negative reviews I read on multiple social websites. I read up on how wonderful the benefits are and decided to try it out and decide personally if it was the right place for me. A friend and I arrived and were greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk. We checked in easy peezy but were not really advised as to what was to come next or what to expect. So we just made our way to the waiting area . There were only 4 seats so when the rest of the people that booked for the salt cave started to arrive there was no where for them to sit. I felt bad for them and felt bad I had a seat, it was awkward. I went to the ladies room while waiting and passed what looked to be a deserted salon? I don't know if it was dirty or just dated looking. I had difficulty finding the woman's room and I believe I ended up in the wrong place, but there was a toilet in there so I used it. Another woman entered as I was leaving was quite confused as well. The stall was boxed in a makeshift way like a pantry cabinet. I will say though when I left the facility later on , I believe I did locate what i think the real bathroom was located , however it was under construction as well. But the sink was pretty. When it was time to go into the cave a woman came and called us to go down. We passed an area on the other side of the waiting room, I thought it was more seating where the others could have sat the but quickly realized it was old diner booths where manicures were given. Possibly left over seating from the old arcade and snack bar that was there previously? Shortly after passing that to the left is the pedicure area. We moved past quickly but the old green dirty/dingy pillows on the chairs is all I could see. Again the area looked deserted and lacked spa ambiance and cleanliness, and well....people. We then headed down the to Salt Cave, it was a beautiful walk past several Salt Displays. I was thinking ok... "Now i feel like I am in Spa". Walking into the salt cave was awesome. The lighting, the cleanliness, the visually appealing room. We all had our own reclining chairs with a blanket in case we got chilly. I was quite comfortable however my friend was not. Her chair had a screw sticking out into her side the entire 45 mins that actually tore her jeans down the side of her leg when she sat down initially. The Air they pump in the room was amazing, and the music was so relaxing but definitely needs to be a louder for all to hear and drown out the "snorers" (which don't get me wrong i may have snored too bc it really is that relaxing). The 45 min is perfect amount of time to be in there. My breathing airways were cleared out and I was so relaxed after the session. The Woman who ran the cave part came back in to let us all know our time was up. My friend let her know what happened to her and pointed out the chair and her jeans. She replied "tell the front desk" . So we did. That seemed to fall on deafs ears , and no one seemed to really care. I feel bad for the next person who gets that seat and is in discomfort the entire time and possibly damages to their wardrobe. Lastly, the entrance to the place , again lacks Spa ambiance. There must have been an old Putt Putt Golf course there because the overgrown foliage covered deserted course still sits along side the building and parking lot crumbling apart. It's a shame because they really got a place that could phenomenal. It's lacking the Spa feeling, and the top floor is not to be desired. A little more education or spiel to the new comers would be helpful, Or even a glass of water after the session . They were quick to get us all out afterward. read more

Will never go back. Rude staff members, such as the woman who booked the appointment telling me if I was even 1 minute late, I'll lose my salt cave session That apparently doesn't go for everyone. Two women had a pedicure near start time, then had to use bathroom. They were there in plenty of time ahead of salt cave session to use the bathroom, but that's it. Our session started 10-15 minutes late. Salt spray ended early. Big warning: they don't care about people who snore. In such a small room with acoustics the way they are, it is magnified 100x louder! You'll get more relaxation in a salt cave in a road construction area! read more

Called them 3 times yesterday to try to make a reservation, left my cell phone number but they grab the number I called from & called that back instead. Rude right there & totally unprofessional. I then call back today & leave a VERY detailed message about making a reservation for the three of us for 3 pm on Sat. They call back, again I miss the call and instead of just putting us in for 3pm on Sat., she tells me, "I can put you in but not the other two people until I have their names". We went for a friend's 30th birthday and the communication/service was top notch from start to finish. I arranged everything with Kay and she was very understanding and helpful. We had massages, and my birthday friend had a pedicure and facial as well and was SO happy! We then got to do the salt cave which was such an interesting experience. I enjoyed hearing the history and a bit of the background on salt caves and their health benefits. Overall, we had an amazing time and all of the staff were lovely. Highly recommend! read more

I saw a deal on a salt room visit on Groupon and booked it online. I had to change my appointment time due to a conflict so I left a vmail for them & sent an email to the salon. They never replied so I called a few days later to find another time but the receptionist (Danielle) was ridiculously rude and things went south really fast. Confrontational, confusing, blaming me for not having 'the right information', talking over me, blaming Groupon for messing up all the time ... even argued with me that the salon didn't have an email address (??). I told her she shouldn't work with the public so she handed me off to the owner. More rudeness, defensiveness, talking in circles... I just hung up in frustration - I'll eat the fee I paid and will never go there. What a bunch of jerks. read more

Massages were good, but overall rushed/rude experience ensured I'll never go back. I've wanted to try a Himalayan Salt Cave for a long time, and I love spas (especially massage!) so I was really excited to get a group of friends together and go try Bien Soigne for the first time. The website lists massages as 1 Hour, $70; Salt Cave $40/visit, $20/first visit. In hindsight, the first red flag was how difficult it was just to get our appointments scheduled--as in multiple days and 20+ phone calls just to get this nailed down: 5 people for massages+salt cave. They told us we'd have to go in shifts: some people get massages while others go in the salt cave. Fine. They asked us to arrive 30 minutes early to take care of paperwork, but said we could spread out and spend time in front of their fireplace (Sounds lovely! If only it were true). We asked if we can bring champagne &cheese trays to enjoy by the fire and they said no problem--they'd even give us a private room. We arrived 30 minutes early to find...there is no fireplace. The lobby area, located just inside the door, is tiny & cold (at least in Jan), has blaring pop/R&B music, and has only 4 chairs (they got us a stool for our 5th person). The paperwork took about 3 minutes (name address etc). Then we sat there for about half an hour until our massages/salt cave time was supposed to start at 11 a.m., but there was nowhere to really have our cheese tray and drinks. Eventually, the owner (long dark hair, very abrasive manner) brought us to our "private room." Yeah...so the "private room" turns out to just be the hallway outside the massage rooms, abutting the salt cave. It's about 12' long X 4' wide. No windows. No chairs. She told us this is where we'd have our wine & cheese, change our clothes, and transition between the salt cave/massage appointments but to keep our voices really low because the walls are thin and we'd disturb the massages/cave time. Oh--and the supply closet is in our "private room" and all the people who work there are constantly going in and out to get towels/supplies. So there's really no peace/privacy, let alone ambiance. At this point, we're thinking, "Why did you promise a private room with a fireplace?" But we're really trying to stay positive (and are legit excited to try the salt cave!). She tells us to change into robes and get ready for our appointments, then leaves. We decide who's going to do the salt cave/get a massage. 11:04 She pops back in unannounced and is like, "Salt cave people come with me! Massage people wait here for your therapists." They leave with her and two of us getting massages awkwardly change into the spa bathrobes in the middle of the hallway/aka "private room" while hoping none of the employees come in/out of the supply room. 11:12: We are changed & waiting. Still no therapists. Reminder: our 1-hour massages were supposed to start at 11. Worried I wouldn't get my 1 hour, I went to ask her if there's anything I should do. She was shocked we weren't in session yet. She took us back to the hallway, the therapists magically appeared, and we got in the massage rooms. By the time we actually got started, it was 11:15. I thought because we started late (not our fault!), we'd go late. But no, the massage ended as scheduled at 12:00. And yes, I was billed for the full hour. The itself massage was solid. I had Dave and he was good. So after our 45-minute massages, we're back in the hallway to meet our friends who got back from the salt cave. They tell us the salt cave starts with an intro on the benefits, then you sit and relax for 50 mins. The owner appears and tells us the salt cave started without us and now we have to kill an hour before the next session starts. Um...why didn't you tell us it was starting? We're in a dark hallway without clocks. Or why not let us join in-progress? But again, trying to be positive, we say no problem, we'll hang out with wine and cheese and take the next salt cave slot. 15 minutes later, she appears again & says the salt cave is booked for the rest of the day and we won't be able to try it at all. Wait--WHAT?! I reminded her we really only came for the salt cave (and drove an HOUR to get there), but she just smiled & shrugged--totally uncaring. At that point, I was legit annoyed. Then 5 minutes later, she reappears and says she found a way for us to get a half-session before the cave is booked for the rest of the day. I was still annoyed, but at least happy to try it. We got 24 minutes, no intro on the benefits. At checkout, I said I didn't think it was fair we should pay full price for a 1/2 salt session (I didn't even mention the 45-min massage b/c I didn't want the therapist to be punished). I offered to pay 1/2 price for 1/2 session. The receptionist left to discuss it with the owner, came back, and said they wouldn't charge us at all. I thanked her. Then she charged my friends & told them I'd refused to pay--both rude & untrue! read more

I had a grand tour by owner Kay. She is very knowledgeable about the salt cave and the shops products. she recommended products which i purchased and made appointment for a Murad Vitamin C facial for next day and a session in salt cave. I had a wonderful facial and the salt cave in just one session eased my aching joints. I will return to salt cave soon to continue to cure my aches! read more

I went to Bien Soigne for the first time, because I really wanted to try their Salt Cave. I went in the afternoon during the week and was pleasantly greeted by Lorraine at the front desk. By chance, I got the whole Salt Cave to myself. It was beautiful, tranquil and the time flew. I felt very relaxed.  I then received an hour massage from Kaitlyn, it was great! She focused on my areas of concern and did some great deep tissue work on my back. I was a little sore the next day, as expected until my muscles adjusted to the massage. My body is feel so much better! My breathing and the few blemishes on my face improved in less than 24 hours. Overall it was a nice, relaxing, therapeutic experience!! read more

Dear Owner of Bien Soigne, Yesterday I had an unpleasant experience at your facility and wanted the opportunity to explain what happened and my feelings about it. I had the package with a European Facial/Deluxe Pedicure and Manicure. I added a wash/cut/blow dry. When I arrived I was asked if I wanted a natural manicure or shellac. I answered shellac as I am traveling for the next week. I was told that they had to switch my schedule around as the person who was doing my manicure does not do shellac. I had no issue with this. So first the pedicure. There was nothing "deluxe" about this. The foot massage part was short and not very good. Then when it came time for polish, the technician used a bottle of polish that was almost empty. She had a difficult time getting it out of the bottle and as you know it is think and goopy at this point and hard to put on evenly. I actually suggested adding some remover to thin it down a bit, which she did. The results were not great, edges were missed with the polish and the pink part is streaky. I'm very unhappy with how they look. For the money spent, I think when a bottle gets that low and difficult to use, a new one should be opened. Then I went for my European Facial. It was just "ok" My understanding is that it should be an hour. It started at 2 and I was out of the room by 2:45. I felt that I was left in the room to change for an excessive amount of time, then rushed because the technician for my manicure was fitting me in and needed me right at 3. They took me for my haircut first, in error, so after I was shampooed and ready to start the cut, someone came over and told me that the technician could do shellac, but did not have time for French and the manicure needed to be quick. So I sat there with dripping wet hair, picked a pink color and had the manicure. $34 for a shellac manicure and it is rushed? Unacceptable. Last is the cut. Basically I like the cut but when I got home I noticed that there was a section on the back of the left side that hung down lower. This was confirmed by my husband. I wet that section and sure enough I had to trim off a clump that was clearly missed and was longer than the rest. After spending $40 and a tip I should not have to go home and fix it myself. I am very disappointed with my "spa" day which was suppose to be a Mothers Day treat from my husband. I was confused and stressed from the moment I walked in. I spent $226 at your spa yesterday and had high expectations for a pleasant, relaxing experience. Usually when I leave after spa treatments I feel relaxed and happy. Instead I felt anxious, stresses and kind of sad. In May of 2016 I booked a spa package with massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. I was very happy with everything that day, which was the reason I returned this year. I have never wrote of felt compelled to right a negative yelp review before, but I was thoroughly disappointed. We first walked in 4 minutes late for a 9am appointment (I get it that's my fault) but the manager was blatantly upset and rushed us downstairs after blurting out "they're late" so loud the whole salon heard. Just really bad vibes to begin with. After being rushed downstairs, the massage was going nicely until construction workers were literally outside the door drilling and working on the room right next to us. It was so loud and I could not relax whatsoever. To pay extra to sit in a salt cave, I was looking for bit more. You get a complimentary water at the end, but there's really no time to actually drink it. My sister was also very taken back by the rudeness of the reception. I have good friends that are massage therapists and told me I should've never experienced that whatsoever, especially for the price they run their business at. The masseuses were sweet, but this place is just not a place you want to go if you're trying to relax and get the experience you pay for. The address for the spa does not work with waze and they put me on hold for 10 minutes before telling me how to get to them. Then when we arrived I was told I couldn't get the French manicure that I came for because I was late. The mani/pedi was below average quality and the attitudes of the women who work here are horrible. The nicest part was the salt cave but I was also underwhelmed. I am a nail client at Bien Soigne and have overlooked some minor flaws because Kendra and Abby do such a good job. I recently scheduled a facial and "deep relaxation massage". I was really looking forward to the aromatherapy piece. The massage began without steam or aromatherapy. I asked the therapist about it and she was dumbfounded. She left the room and came back saying she now had oil with a scent and I'm not certain that was the truth. The massage went on and no steam or aromatherapy took place. My friend and I traveled 2 hrs to Bien Soigne for spa services and to experience the benefits of the salt cave. I've heard of all the wonderful benefits they provide. I called ahead and booked this appointment well in advance. I wanted to make sure that they could be accommodating with my medical needs. From the moment we walked in the door we were promptly greeted by the owner and felt very welcome. My friend and I both got the Salted Bliss package which was exfoliation, body wrap, and massage. I did want to be in the couples room with my friend because I don't see her very often but we were running late so we had to have separate rooms. It all worked out fine. My massage therapist was very professional , courteous , helpful and understanding of the medical needs that I have. She worked around my oxygen equipment and areas on my back that had to stay covered. I thought this may compromise my quality of service but it did not. I had a great experience and sweat out of tons of toxins from my body. After our treatments we were brought ahead of the group to the salt cave. It was To ensure my level of comfort and give me the extra time I needed to get settled it. That was such a nice touch. We wanted to get pedicures as well but with it being a holiday Kay was unable to accommodate that request. It wasn't such a bad thing because I booked another appointment to sit in the cave again and get our pedicures. I've been here for both a hair cut and a mani/pedi. I had a great experience with my hair cut and really enjoyed the uniqueness of the round set up. My second experience with the mani/pedi was less pleasing. The ladies who worked on the mani/pedi were lovely, but the color selection was limited and they refused to do shellac polish on my toes so I was disappointed. The salon as a whole is decorated in beautiful fashion but the nail area felt forgotten about or unfinished, so it felt a little odd being back there. I probably would not come back as a regular customer for nails, but would for hair cuts. read more

Never buy a groupon through them! My mother got 4 groupons to visit the Salt Caves. First visit my sister printed up groupon, they gave her a hard time about it, even with the code on it. Then we went in for sessions 2 and 3, and booked the 4th session for my sister. When my sister went in for the 4th session, the receptionist told her they needed to see the groupon, yet it was already "paid for" and placed in the system because we booked it. Receptionist told us we would have no problem, apparently we did! They seem to be very confused, and might want to think not to offer groupons again. read more

Did the Salt Cave therapy and sat there for a hour listing to ppl snore the whole time. Come to find out the owner never turned on the machine that create the salt experience. She then played dumb acting like it was suppose to be like that until a few people who have attended this session before admitted that there was no salt and how the machine was never turned on and instead of rectifying the situation she blames the guess on not telling her. and then gave us a hard time about getting a refund... My first time there, after calling for a hopeful same day appointment. I was excited they were able to see me for a 90-minute massage for $110, which I confirmed on their website. Amy, the person who answered the phone, offered me a 15-min session in the "Salt Cave" for $15 extra, I said "sign me up". When I arrived I met Amy, and my massage therapist Katarina, who I followed to the treatment area downstairs. She asked me to change, and commented that I had to wear a robe in the sauna. I told Katarina I can't go in the sauna, that Amy had encouraged me to add on the 15-minute salt cave for $15. She went away and came back apologizing for the error Amy made, as she is new. No problem, I'll do that next time. Katarina did an outstanding job on my massage! However, when I went to pay, Amy charged me the extra $15 for the services I didn't receive. Her explanation was nonsense - I somehow must be mistaken. I was definitely not mistaken, as even Katarina felt bad because the promised salt cave was unavailable when I got there, hence they offered me the sauna (for free due to their error), yet somehow both Amy, and now Kay the owner who was standing off to the side never intervening until I asked Amy to speak with the owner... then and only then did Kay step forward and although she wasn't on the phone with Amy and I, argued that yes, I owe $15 additional for the 'salt room' which apparently is different from the salt cave! WTH. I've never stepped foot in this place before yet I am supposed to question what room they put me in? Buyer beware. In hindsight I should have given them the amount of the massage and not once cent more. I am planning to dispute this extra charge on my CC. Bottom line, don't go here. Apparently they need to rob people of $15 so I would assume business must be slow! read more
