We hired Christine in November to help design our project. She came to our home and seemed to be professional and a good candidate to help with our project. She talks a good game to get your business by bragging about all of her accomplishments so we fell for the bait. Boy did we make a huge mistake... To start with, we already had the plans for our home, but she wanted to charge us 1600 dollars to scan them into auto cad. She never came out to measure and never correctly entered the measurements into auto Cad. This was our first red flag. She is very lazy and just wants to get paid. Christine sent us a few floor plan Ideas which were our second red flag that lead us to believe she clearly didn't know what she was doing. Her floor plan ideas paid zero attention to any detail of our home.. (doors put into spaces that go directly into the pool, cabinets on walls blocking our view, windows in spaces that don't even make sense) I eventually had to tell her to come out and look at our house so she could pay attention to what she was doing. How embarrassing that I have to tell you how to do your job! She clearly just threw something together in an attempt to just get paid. To make matters worse, she sent an invoice saying she was 90 percent done with the design phase. Once we explained to her we haven't even received a design, she then replied with "you're right, Don't pay that invoice just yet." She clearly hoped we were naive enough to just pay her without receiving any design work. Very dishonest and unprofessional. After two months of not receiving any designs, we reached out to her to ask about the progress of our project. She responded by saying she had nothing to show us yet and needed more time to get us a design. Mind you, we didn't even had a meeting within those two months to even finalize a design so I couldn't understand how she was going to provide me a design without our input at all. This was our third red flag so at this point, we didn't trust Christine anymore so we canceled our contract. Ten days later AFTER we cancel our contract, she sends a random 3D drawing of the most hideous design I have ever seen, again in an attempt to get paid AFTER we already canceled our contract. She then told us she did 100 hours of work for those designs. Keep in mind, she had just told us the day we canceled our contract that she didn't have anything to show us. She clearly again, threw together something in another attempt to steal money from us. She will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign her contract and steal your deposit then demand payment for work she hasn't even done. Such a lack of morals, respect, integrity and just plain greedy! Christine is a not honest and she is lazy. If you look at her HOUZZ reviews, they're all old. Please do yourself a favor and find a professional architect and stay away from this woman.

My ex-spouses attorney, David Martucci, not only provided false documents and presented fraudulent false statements under oath in court, but also repeatedly refused to meet and confer with me over 10 times, showed up to court unprepared, and failed to file important trial documents. To make matters even worse, David produced a written transcript of a video and changed the facts from the video to say that I owned 100% of a company that I only owned 1% of despite having personal knowledge and documentation showing my true ownership only being 1%. This was a baseless and misleading representation that caused significant harm a d long term damages to my case. David also presented a Profit & Loss Statement from a company that I was working for and lied to the court saying that it was my company when in fact I am just a W2 employee with zero ownership. His lies have greatly impacted the outcome of my hearing. He has no problem presenting false evidence in court if it benefits his client. I also witnessed David leaving in the same car as my ex-wife after court. Seems a little weird if you ask me. I would caution others to carefully consider their options before retaining this law firm. While I understand that every case is unique, my personal experience left me with a lack of confidence in the legal system. Honesty, competence, professionalism, and a strong commitment to their clients' best interests are critical in the legal system, and I did not feel that these values were upheld with David martucci from Martucci & Associates.
