I love cheese. Their Ladysmith w/ chives is my favorite. I recently had a stay-cation in Skagit. I…read morehad tried a few different cheeses they create from various farmers markets and my csa carries a few as well. You must make the relaxing trip to their shop. Bring a cooler as you're going to buy a lot. The shop carries a lot of great products like wine, meat, soup bones, phenomenal salami and of course cheese. I loved it so much, I made a second trip just before heading back to Seattle. As much as I love a quick jaunt from Seattle, they do sell their products at two of Seattle's largest farmers markets and you can place orders online. The Gouda is next level!!! Run don't walk. This place will knock your socks off.

Discover is an accepted form of payment. An adorable farm store featuring farm-to-table products such as eggs, yogurt, cheese, cheesecake. A variety of pantry items are also available to pair with one's fresh purchase. Support of local products is evident and appreciated. Cider and wine can be purchased to compliment cheese and crackers. Cheese can be purchased in pre-weighed rounds or by the ounce. I purchased the Queso Diablo, Basil Ladysmith and Dill cheese along with some crackers. Service was friendly. It would have been helpful choosing if samples were available.

The line was definitely well worth it!! It was quite long, but it goes by quickly. I think I waited…read morein line and 15 minutes prior to ordering. The panini did take some time (~20 minutes) to pick up but the mac and cheese was scooped right away. I tried both world's best Mac and cheese and the Smoked salmon one. The smoked salmon was an easy 5/5. I love the dill, green onions, and smoked salmon mixed in with their iconic flagship cheese. I'm still thinking about it as we speak! The world's best mac and cheese was also super good, but I'm always seeking more adventurous flavors. Lastly, the panini was perfectly toasted and crispy with a nice cheese pull! It was really good, but the smoked salmon mac and cheese was magical to eat! The store is average sized and they have a standing area near the factory for you to eat and see the cheese making. No seats inside, so many were just eating the food outside on the sidewalk.

Don't be afraid of the long line, it moves fast and it's worth it…read more Of course I had to try the "world's best" Mac and cheese and while it was very creamy and flavorful I don't know about world's best. I wanted to try a grilled cheese but there's so many spots around Pike Market I didn't wanna fill up on one place. They use penne noodles with I find unique for a Mac but was a good choice for holding as much of that cheese sauce as possible. It was a little starchy for my preference but still very good. There's little red flakes in the sauce that give it a good flavor profile and little kick. There's a stand up bar after you order where you can eat your food but no formal seating.
