They were fit with fanfare lip-service that "Kitterdge stands behind boot fit for a full year and they will address any fit issues, no problem." I skied wearing New Boots only 2-hours at Mammoth prior to major wind/snow storm that forced lifts to close and us to leave. So, at start of 2026, sadly I experienced pain, gaps below food bed, shin blisters and general dismay on the fit of New Boots. With receipts, settings and Business Card for original fitter in hand I called and was asked; . . . "If I was sure that I had bought them there?" Then I was challenged with attitude; "So, you had them fit, skied them, and now have an issue with the fit?" I was blown off completely with the statement; "I am very busy here, will get back to you." Haven't heard a thing. NOTHING !

Dean helped my son and I with the fitting and he could not have been nicer. Told him it was about 20 years ago since I went snowboarding and he was like don't worry you'll be fine. Lol. The day we were to be fitted for our equipment we received an email, not a phone call, informing us they were out of equipment and to find another provider. Scrambling to find last minute rentals for 8 of us, we were luckily able to find another provider. In doing so, we also found cheaper providers who offer standard and premier equipment. It's extremely annoying to receive a confirmation and have them bail out on the last day. I will never use their service again for sure. There are enough other reliable providers out there you can trust.

He definitely doesn't care about helping the customer. I'm not sure how a manager can be this unprofessional. We've provided everything Juan has asked for and he still won't give us a refund. I live an hour and a half away and he's refusing to credit my account with the online receipt in hand. How is this helping the customer? Now I have to drive to Selma to pick up the shoes and return them. What a joke. I would highly recommend shopping anywhere else.
