If you don't see the equipment in the shop, ask them because possibly they have it in the stockroom in the back or can order it. The staff realize that it is a major purchase and don't pressure folks. They actually encourage folks to test out the equipment. Even though hubs and I have been customers for over 15 years, we tend to take our time making a decision and go back to the shop often to look and test equipment. Although it might seem like it would be an intense and intimidating place, the manager Dylon put us at ease (including on the phone). He's a very nice and helpful guy. And as soon as I picked up some of their equipment, it was a reminder that some things are just way easier and better to check out and buy in person, even if you might pay a few bucks more.
