We searched businesses in Logan that sold Thule racks and found The Sportsman. Arriving at the store, I explained our situation to a friendly gentleman (turned out to be Mark) who explained the modern Thule products very thoroughly. I was pretty candid explaining that I'd brought no tools (from Phoenix, our home) but Mark didn't hesitate a moment to commit to assemble and install. Finishing the installation, Mark took a bike from his store and demonstrated all of the loading and locking features of this new Thule rack. Wow, what a great improvement from our earlier model! So, if you're ever in Logan and need good clothing, equipment and, particularly, bicycles and accessories, visit The Sportsman. They've always done a fantastic job, treated me well and at bargain prices! When a store does a great job, often times it's difficult to show appreciation for a job well done, so it is my pleasure to give Sportsman five stars. I recently took my bicycle to them with some problems I was experiencing with some grinding in the peddle bearings, I told them I was afraid I needed a new set of bearings, that I had wore mine out. They could have easily sold me an expensive set of new bearings, but they didn't, they were honest in their work, explained to me that the bearings were just dirty and needed a good cleaning, which they did for me at a great price. I was prepared to pay a high price, but instead was taken care of honestly and with great integrity, I appreciated that so much that I wanted to share my experience with you. Drop me in the middle of it, I will guess about a dozen different stores. While less of a problem at Hibbett, it also lacks a strong identity of its own -- and separate from other sports stores. Hibbett does a good job in supporting the home team, with a nice selection of Utah State Aggies stuff. I you want a selection of colors in your mitt or soccer ball, go to Hibbett. They have plenty of Nikes (especially Air Jordans), Converse, Under Armour, and the rest. The prices are just average, nothing that would influence a purchase over just getting it on Amazon. Hibbett has been around since 1945, has about 1,000 locations, and targets markets like Logan ... mid-range towns, a little rural ... they depend on the person who wants to look, try on, and touch the athletic gear they buy. It still leaves me asking: Who are you Hibbetts? What makes you unique? What do you provide that I can't get somewhere else?

It would have been nice to know they didn't have it in stock prior to ordering, but I understand business so I was happy the rectified the situation in a professional manner. A LOT of companies do that so I usually call prior to ordering to make sure the product is on site, but it was late and I didn't want to take the chance of missing out on it. My 2nd order was for a Fjallraven parka and to say I'm happy how smoothly the transaction went is an understatement. The shipped the parka the very next day, I followed its progress online, and received it this afternoon (5 day process). It's a killer parka at a killer price. Prior to ordering though, I did call to make sure the jacket was on-site and they weren't the middle man of this transaction, which they confirmed. No issues with me!

My Grantan trike cost well over $3000.00 and only lasted two months! I was caught in the rain twice…read morewhile riding around cache valley . My bike stopped working about a month after the rain incidents. When I took the bike in for repair I was told the bike had been submerged and the warranty was voided! Submerged!!! this company will do and say anything to avoid warranty repairs! Do not buy an Admotor and do not buy from this sleazy dealer! I waited for 8 days while all calls and emails to this dealer went unanswered. I finally went in to check on my bike and he claimed he was too busy to answer the phone, which when I walked in, his phone was about 1 foot from his hand on the desk! I called admotor customer service and was told all warranty had to be handled through Charged Ecycles. When I went to ask him why he wouldn't help he said it was up to Admotor . Admotor sent me back to him! When I went to pick up my trike i was told he didn't like me and not to come back! I am handicapped and he even refused to help me load the bike! I had ask for help from people walking by to load it up and take my worthless bike back home! Of course he doesn't like me. Who wants to hear from a customer whose $3000.00 purchase only lasted two months~!
