The manager then wouldn't allow me to exchange it for another new unopened one, but told me I had to purchase a second online scope online and when the second one came in I could return the first one. It's on the Capital One website or in the paperwork that came with the card; it never mentions this 15% or other mysteriously applied 10%. The guy was a manager. We'd better get our $100 bucks as promised for using the card. Not worth it, stick to better cards.
