I have to really like the place or feel the urgent need to inform the masses of what a terrible experience I had: I really like this store! I found it on accident and was in a hurry the first time, but tonight I stopped in as I've been looking for a leather jacket that did not have the collar and didn't cost $1,400. I still can't believe it, but Brian has just bought the jacket I'm wearing right now this morning. It is brand new with the tags and fits me perfectly. I am awaiting the alterations. Mauricio was helpful when I followed up on the alterations. They give you quite a few coupons and rewards. I plan on supplementing my wardrobe as the local department stores seem to have a pretty limited selection. Some of the casual shirts were pretty cool.

I stopped at another small retail shop and didn't find what I wanted. When I walked into Buckle I fortunately was helped by Hannah B who is stellar. She listened and found exactly what I was looking for; I actually ended up buying two pairs of jeans which are super cute and fit great. When it comes to jeans there are so many options and it is difficult navigating it all solo. I have to buy jeans for short people but Hannah said -no problem- we offer free hemming. Come on! Made my day. I called today just to make sure alterations are on track because I need them for a trip and spoke with the manager; she answered on first ring and told me that they will be ready sooner than promised. Excellent customer service is often hard to find anymore ...I love these people and their jeans!

Make sure everything is clean and no holes or stains. Shoes need to be the same. It will be worth the extra time. I find if I bring a small amount of current, clean items, they actually buy more.
