This bike shop botched flat repair and thorn proof tubes and Tannus liners installation over a year…read moreago. I left a detailed review of that experience in May 2025. So a year later, during our annual visit to Mesquite in March 2026, I wanted to give the shop one chance to at least to make things right. They installed the incorrect tube with the liner which caused the tube to wrinkle and put bulges in the rear tire. I removed the liner and the thorn proof tube was okay without the liner. All I wanted was the correct size thorn proof tube and I would install it myself. Mike the owner gave me two tubes instead of one and I was very grateful. I found a couple of months later,after we were back home, they were just a standard tube not thorn proof worth $5 ea. The thorn proof tube cost me $35. Mike out and out lied to me about them being thorn proof. He had no desire whatsoever to do what was right. For that reason I'll never set foot in his shop again.

This is review to praise Sophia (our closet designer/salesperson) and Erik & Luke (the installation…read moreteam) who worked on our upgraded Preston closet. Sophia designed our DREAM CLOSET! Glass doors, shoe shrine, hanging spaces for long dresses, plenty of drawers, jewelry drawers, and tons of shelves. Our closets are 10 feet tall, and they are a whole room in themselves. The color we chose, with Sophia's help, was Fawn. It turned out perfectly, because it is a near match for our other cabinets in our home, including the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room cabinets. Gorgeous closet and absolutely a beauty to behold. Erik and Luke from Penmarc Inspired Spaces installed the Preston closet. They arrived early at our home, were very professional, and did an amazing job installing the Preston. They were extremely prepared and executed the project well. They understood the vision, and were able to put together my dream closet. They even finished the job early, taking only 2 days to complete the install although they were scheduled to complete it in 3 days. My husband knew they were perfect for the job, because the first thing Erik did was tape the plans and renderings on each wall, so he and Luke had visual guides for every space. Very organized, thorough, and efficient! I had such a horrible experience with my Elfa closets (another Container Store product) being installed by Ace Hardware, that I was going to cancel my Preston order. I am so thrilled that Sophia helped me understand that the Preston install would be different, as Penmarc's team truly knew what they were doing. They have worked on Preston and Elfa closets for years. If only my Elfa closets had been installed by Penmarc, Erik, and Luke! It would have saved me a lot of stress, frustration, and heartache. Kudos again to Sophia, Erik, Luke, and Penmarc Inspired Spaces. I will definitely be a referral source for the Preston closet and Container Store.

We were in desperate need of a study duffle-like bag for our food stuff to be carried by pack…read moremules. We knew we wanted something waterproof and very sturdy, but that's about it. We stopped by The Container Store, hoping they had something duffle-like that would be suitable for that purpose. The store itself was pretty empty when we pulled up, so we had a couple employees that were extremely helpful! We couldn't track down the desired duffle bag we saw listed on The Container Store website, but the employees led us around the store to look at a handful of options. They even pulled the bags out of the packaging so we could have a better look, given we had some specific requirements in mind. We traveled from one side of the store in search of the perfect bag, and we eventually found one! It held up pretty decently on the total 16 miles haul by mules. I don't often stop by The Container Store in my hometown, but maybe I should considering how delightful the employees were at this one!
