So a year later, during our annual visit to Mesquite in March 2026, I wanted to give the shop one chance to at least to make things right. They installed the incorrect tube with the liner which caused the tube to wrinkle and put bulges in the rear tire. I removed the liner and the thorn proof tube was okay without the liner. All I wanted was the correct size thorn proof tube and I would install it myself. Mike the owner gave me two tubes instead of one and I was very grateful. I found a couple of months later,after we were back home, they were just a standard tube not thorn proof worth $5 ea. The thorn proof tube cost me $35. Mike out and out lied to me about them being thorn proof. He had no desire whatsoever to do what was right. For that reason I'll never set foot in his shop again.

I told the their name was behind the sale which you represent and this bike is going to get someone killed. The place was ran poorly and I wouldn't buy a lawnmower from the place. I highly recommend you stay clear from this dealership.

We texted back and forth, and Harold patiently answered all my questions. When I called to follow up, he was just as kind and easy to talk to over the phone. One of the best parts of our visit was that they actually have a test drive track on-site, so we were able to drive the side-by-side we were interested in before making a decision.
