Ultimate Customer Service!…read more So I purchased two rolls of the 4x25 rubber flooring from Mike on Monday this week. Unfortunately, one of the rolls had a weird spot on it that wasn't 100% vulcanized and was semi deteriorated. I called Mike and he offered to bring me a roll but it would be later in the day. Since I had equipment coming Tuesday, I kinda needed it fast. I asked if I needed to return the roll and Mike said nope, that's yours now. I'll replace it and give you a second roll for your trouble. I couldn't believe it! In this day and age, the customer service level was absolutely incredible. Mike, thank you so much, I got it all worked out and have the extra roll now. He never had the courtesy to give an explanation. He then texted me an hour later and said, "It is never our intention to waste a customers time." No apology... I was hoping for some gesture of resolution. I'm sorry to say this is the last time I would do business with this warehouse company.

Once inside the store, I noticed employees hard at work stocking shelves. I appreciated being asked by an employee if I needed assistance not too long after entering the store. I like that all sport area are clearly labeled although I think was annoyed that I was unable to locate running items since there was no clearly marked running section of the store;the closest I could come to finding running related items was in the fitness section. Another minor annoyance was that although there were boxes throughout the store, they were completely out of hand warmer packets. The store is vey well laid out and is great for most sports enthusiasts but if you're someone who's main sport is running, you'll definitely have to look elsewhere for running supplies.
