We all wear Nikes.. the adults & the kids. We live over an hour away from a Nike store. February 16 we made a trip out to their Redlands store to make an exchange of a Christmas gift. We were beyond 60 days from date of purchase.. 7 weeks from Christmas. We explained we had to make a day to come out here. JJ store manager had no interest in making this exchange easy or customer service oriented. Instead he had us call customer service. So now we are off to a UPS store to ship these back and wait for an exchange. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! Nike should desire greater service for their customers. This is such a hassle! read more

I had asked if they had them in stock and he had said that the store typically doesn't have them in stock but still checked anyway. He then told me that he could have some shipped to my house, give me a refund to my card, or give me store credit. I then ended up taking a look around and their back wall section has some great deals and selection. They also have a decent amount of deals on non-clearance shoes. First let me start off by saying for a company like Nike that is all about customer service and the customer coming first, this location is the exact opposite of what you would expect customer service wise. You go in looking for a shoe you want to buy because it comes up on the Nike website yet when you ask for it the employees say they can't sell it to you, which is false. They hide all the new releases in the back so the own employees can buy them when they get paid. Next thing you know you go into the store and you see the workers wearing the shoes you initially asked for. Every time I visit I never get greeted at the door and all the workers are always in such a bad mood, not a single smile by anyone in the front of the store. If you are ever looking to shop at a Nike store I would recommend any other store but this one. Do better Nike Redlands. read more

Sooooooo.... I wish I could take the time back that I did when My Daughter and I browsed this Nike store. I mean, if that's what it was supposed to be..... a Nike store. TBH the only reason I'm giving it one star is.1 because I have to. There's no choice to put zero. 2. The one and only nice worker that acknowledged us because my daughter was wearing her volleyball jersey from the tournament. I did that morning. Very nice guy. Don't know his name. The one and only Nike employee that said anything to us as we browse the store maybe a good 35 minutes. This store was worse than Ross on a bad day. It had nothing. nice :-) stopped in for a quick shop last night with my partner. we found what we wanted!! i often dont stop at nike stores because of their stock but they had everything! they had variety of sizes for most items and the racks were well organized. the store was extremely clean, nothing was on the floor. the staff was nice. security greeted us at the door and the checkout team was very funny. the prices were great! there were sales on everything. scored lots of stuff for 40% off. finally got those shorts i wanted :-) it was a really nice visit and i'd recommend stopping in! read more

Dressing rooms are available, and all staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful. The place is cavernous but filled with merchandise. When I was there a few days before Christmas it was bustling with shoppers. I purchased three pairs of Nike socks and two training shorts. I thought the prices were reasonable. And the products are well made to achieve their purpose. Horrible experience at register with Cashier Maya as she picks and chooses who can get Nike discounts accusing people of already being members when not. Very rude to not honored discounts that clearly show in the system. If Nike didn't want people to get discounts they wouldn't offer them to begin with.
