Shoutout to Alfonso for helping me out with my return! I had gone to return some Air Maxes that had a bubble that was popped. He greeted me very nicely and helped me through the whole process. I had asked if they had them in stock and he had said that the store typically doesn't have them in stock but still checked anyway. He then told me that he could have some shipped to my house, give me a refund to my card, or give me store credit. I then ended up taking a look around and their back wall section has some great deals and selection. They also have a decent amount of deals on non-clearance shoes. We all wear Nikes.. the adults & the kids. We live over an hour away from a Nike store. February 16 we made a trip out to their Redlands store to make an exchange of a Christmas gift. We were beyond 60 days from date of purchase.. 7 weeks from Christmas. We explained we had to make a day to come out here. JJ store manager had no interest in making this exchange easy or customer service oriented. Instead he had us call customer service. So now we are off to a UPS store to ship these back and wait for an exchange. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! Nike should desire greater service for their customers. This is such a hassle! read more

Dressing rooms are available, and all staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful. The place is cavernous but filled with merchandise. When I was there a few days before Christmas it was bustling with shoppers. I purchased three pairs of Nike socks and two training shorts. I thought the prices were reasonable. And the products are well made to achieve their purpose. With 24 Hour Fitness right next door, a committed person can slay two birds with one stone: buy workout gear, and immediately head next door to put it to good use in shedding pounds or improving general or specialized fitness! read more
