Respectable, helpful staff. There's a big area to jump, a kids indoor playground, and a few arcades. My only gripe which wasn't even a big deal.. since we didn't follow this direction (insert halo atop my head) is that when we showed up 15 minutes after the hour, 12:15, they gave us the bands that expired on the hour instead of the half hour mark. So by the time we put our shoes away it was 12:20 but they asked everyone with blue bands to leave at 1pm. I played deaf for 15 minutes because if I paid for an hour, I'm getting my hour. Nobody bothered to hurry us out, though, so cool beans. I'd definitely come often if I lived in the area.

My disclaimer is that I'm not one for trampolining. My bad knees and weak ankles are a testament to my restraint. However, I did have a good look around and picked up on a few clues that may help anyone else considering a trip to trampolining metropolis. You pay and choose a fun packet at the welcome desk, as soon as you walk in the front door. It may be cheaper to book online before you get there, if saving a few dollars sounds like a good idea. There are trampolining warnings and jump at your own risk signs posted everywhere. You may choose to join in the fun with the kids or take a seat in any number of seating areas and just watch. There are several pits to launch yourself into and obstacle courses. One of the favorites for kids and adults appeared to be the swing pit. After about 2 hours, my friend and his kids were all jumped out and ready to leave. They all said how much fun it was and I enjoyed watching them running, jumping, leaping and tumbling. Maybe next will be my time to shine but I'll need to wrap these ankles first.

The place was packed, but there were only two teenage employees working with no manager on site. At some point, there was a problem between some kids and, subsequently, their parents. While the parents eventually resolved the issue themselves, the teenage employees looked lost and unprepared to respond to any issue that might arise. A manager was called on the phone and showed up some time later. Even the manager seemed flustered and over-reactive, given the parents had already resolved the issue, and one party had already left. The manager mentioned that he manages three different locations, simultaneously. As well, he stated the two teenage employees, charged with being responsible for a full capacity facility, had only been employed for a week. Overall, Get Air Fayetteville was under staffed for the customer capacity. Further, neither the management or the staff were prepared to be available or responsive to customer issues. As a customer, I left feeling unsafe, and that, ultimately, the priority of this establishment is having full capacity, even if management and staff are unavailable and untrained. Patronize at your own risk.
