My only gripe which wasn't even a big deal.. since we didn't follow this direction (insert halo atop my head) is that when we showed up 15 minutes after the hour, 12:15, they gave us the bands that expired on the hour instead of the half hour mark. So by the time we put our shoes away it was 12:20 but they asked everyone with blue bands to leave at 1pm. I played deaf for 15 minutes because if I paid for an hour, I'm getting my hour. Nobody bothered to hurry us out, though, so cool beans. I'd definitely come often if I lived in the area.

So for the reviews about 12+ year olds, I think that is too old of an age for most activities. This place is by Kitchen wholesale places so you really would not know it existed. It is not far from Slingshots (aka old BJs Wholesale). When you enter it is just a front desk where you sign in and a party room to drop off your shoes and such. I was wondering WTF?!? Anyways, the staff pumps up the kids and gives each one a glow bracelet. The birthday kid gets a brightly colored tie dyed shirt. Then....they open the next door and BAM! You are entering a room of neon colored bounce houses, out of this world wallpaper lined walls from the ceiling to the floor, music (a little too loud) and a ton of things for the kids. They have soccer and basketball nets, they have a mini mini golf area (thus better for younger kids) and a ball shooting thing. These bounce houses for the cleanest ones I have ever seen. I don't think you can just walk in here like other places so you may need to call and find out the "free play". It was great because there were maybe 30 kids there, most with the party we were with. They have chairs for the parents to sit in which is also a perk. I know that they order in pizza for the parties, but we didn't stay long enough for that. The pizza was tasty, you know like better than frozen pizza and almost like school lunch pizza. Tasty. They'll have slices and whole pies to order. They have a bubble area for when it's bubble time which is adorable considering my little loves bubbles. Most children like bubbles. They'll announce a birthday if the kid is having a party there or not, they'll do a shout-out which is cute. The staff was attentive, polite, and helpful. I saw some of the senior staff knew some of the kids' names since they were frequent visitors. The play area is a good layout. Some moms were watching in the play area while some sat in the cafe sitting area to watch their kids. I even seen a few moms working on their laptops which was cool considering those moms had bigger kids like 8+ that didn't need as much supervision as the toddlers. There were toys and junk everywhere. On top of that, the owner reprimanded us because the kids went in and out of the carpeted area "too many times." The entire environment felt hostile. The owner literally hovered over us the entire time we were there, making us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. A children's play center should be a fun, stress-free environment for families, not a place where toddlers are monitored like they're walking a tightrope. We will absolutely never be back. Save your money and take your kids somewhere where they are actually allowed to be kids.

Unfortunately, our area was hit by a winter storm, and a state of emergency was declared both that weekend and the following weekend. Travel conditions were unsafe, especially for children and families attending the party. I notified the business as soon as possible, but they refused to refund the deposit and only offered rescheduling, for an additional $250. At that point, my daughter's birthday had already passed, so there was no reason to reschedule a birthday party weeks later. I understand businesses have policies, but emergencies and state-declared weather events are beyond a customer's control. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, but no resolution was offered. I'm sharing this so other families are aware before booking, especially during winter months when weather can impact plans. The owner commented below- families let's use common sense as to why the party was canceled just four hours prior, the snow began coming down heavily, and I couldn't in good conscience ask my family members to travel on dangerous roads. The owner also failed to mention I was emailing Meg, since 6am that morning. Their behavior shows more compassion for money than families.
