I noticed scratches in two different places on the front of my truck. After speaking with the service manager I was told would they "would do nothing about the scratches and they had sign in the shop saying not responsible for accidents." I felt like I was taken advantage of here, they were not transparent with their prices, and did not even fully complete the job.
