On two separate occasions I had our Chrysler Voyager in due to the windshield wiper system not operating. On both occasions they quickly fixed the issue that was a disconnected hose. My compressor was worn out and was making strange noises, but was still cooling. Since it was on a 20 year old vehicle, I had them replace it, along with the condenser and expansion valve/O-ring kit. They did a very good job, the service sales representative presented me with a fair price, and the vehicle was repaired on the date promised. I love this business. Ive taken my vehicle to jiffy Lube and another business in New Bern and the customer service was either not there or very half-as*ed . Ive taken my vehicles in to Colony to have oil changes, front brakes replaced, tire leak sealed, transmission flushed and all the services were finished in a timely manner and ready right at promised time. It seems as though my vehicle is the only one in the shop being repaired. With how fast the service is. Customer service w/ Manager and service techs is awesome. Should be zero stars but there is not setting for that. Tried to scam my wife into a full electrical diagnostic when all I needed was ..a bulb change? They try to come off as nice and say its free but when the "brand new" bulb I purchased wasn't cutting on, they recommended a full electrical diagnostic to which they had no price they couldn't promise me on - took it to Mr Tire only to find out they screwed it in wrong. I have an old truck that I was having trouble finding tires for. Even Tire Rack did not carry them. When I called Colony, the nice woman on the phone said that they did not stock that size but they could get them. Four days later they called me to tell me the tires were in. I made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived they took my truck in right away. I chatted with the folks behind the counter for what seemed like a few minutes. When a tech walked in and said " you are all set" I paid my bill and left. The whole process took about half an hour and the tires were reasonably priced.
