I have a one year rental with Henley and after that I will not use them again nor would recommend…read morethem. We called and spoke with Tabitha about a 120 gallon propane tank. We were told the rental on the tank is $175 and that the propane would be around $340. So total about $515. The day of delivery we paid $670.03. Which was more than we were expecting but we just said it is what it is. Well Friday we got a bill for $192 more dollars. So we called and found out they never charged us for the tank rental plus tax. So the $670 we paid was for $313 in undisclosed fees. So once we figure that out after talking to Brent we're trying to explain that you cannot just not disclose fees and still expect payment. Even if they are mandatory. And he says well Tabitha just answers questions and doesn't give pricing. And the labor we paid already was also for the driver driving to and from my house. Nope that's a service call which we also already paid. Long story short Henleys doesn't disclose their fees and then expects you to still pay more. I wouldn't recommend using them. Brent isn't willing to work with his customers even when they were the one in the wrong.

I have requested a time per year delivery of a pre purchased amount of propane and every year they put what ever amount in your tank that they want and if it is over the pre buy amount, they will increase the cost per gallon by $2-3 per gallon. If you need anything service related it is nearly impossible to get them on the phone to talk and no one is at their physical location. I even went by and left notes on the door and never was contacted. They refused to work on my tank because it's personaly owned and not owned by Amerigas and just dropped off a part for me to have to get someone else to install it and then proceeded to charge me in full for the installation. When I called to contest the charge they said they would have to contact their service department and get back to me (again with the not being able to actually contact anyone but a call center). They never called back like they said they would in regards to my dispute of the charge and have now sent me to collections for the full amount of the instal which they never did. There are other propane companies.
