A few days later my daughter returned to Maine when she experienced a problem on her way home. I called Gauthiers and explained the car wasn't safe to travel with and asked what was my best course of action. They asked for my address and sent a tow truck to my house three hours away the next morning. I was shocked to say the least knowing how customer service in America has degraded over the years. The garage had experienced a problem with their alignment machine which they weren't aware of at the time. They ended up fixing the issue, replacing two tires and bringing the vehicle back to us . This is the only review I have ever posted and felt the need to let the people know that great people and great customer service is alive and well at Gauthier's garage!
