Thankfully I was able to take the pickle off and there was no after taste from it and the amount of mustard wasn't overwhelming. The burger patty was cooked well & juicy. You really can't go wrong cooking anything in duck fat. I got the seasonal salad as my side. I've not had anything quite like it before but it was good.
