The food was delicious and the French fries were just they I asked. The service was outstanding. The atmosphere was beautiful. The only problem I nothing to drink that's why only 4 or I would have given 5

Omg Just Wow!!! It was so good I went back two days later because I couldn't stop thinking about it. The flavors !! The sauce!!! The service!!! 10/10 highly recommend!! The fries were crispy and well seasoned, the meat was well seasoned and the sauce was like the reward!!

Spur of the moment - I ordered on my phone loaded chicken fries and a order of fries. Asks to put sauce on side. Pulled up and waited with my kid for the order. Did not take too long. Owner was super nice. Even walked the food out to our car as he saw we were waiting on the steps a little further out. Quick service! This place is worth the wait. Food came out delicious - going to bring friends an order more next time. Just get the sauce! Idk why I ordered on th side, it is amazing! Chicken was good with the mix and pickles - yum - Thank you!

Stopped by Crying Out Loud Grill in Concord while I was in the area for a client drop-off and needed a quick lunch before heading back to Charlotte. I ordered the BBQ Chopped Cheeze Friez which comes with "two locally sourced beef patties with paper-thin onions smashed into one, thick-cut applewood smoked bacon smashed into the other, both topped with melty smoked gouda, chopped up, and finished with their sweet-and-tangy BBQ glaze blended with Percent Peak Lager". The setup is very much a "if you know, you know" kind of place. When I first walked in, it wasn't immediately obvious where to go to order or pick up food, but once you figure it out, you're good. They're well known for burgers, spicy chicken, and loaded fries. Personally, I already have strong favorites elsewhere for burgers and hot chicken (hello SureFire and PoppyCox), so instead of setting myself up for comparison disappointment, I went with the loaded fries and I'm glad I did. Think McDonald's-style thin fries but extra crunchy, almost like they're double-fried, piled high with a mountain of artery-clogging deliciousness.. messy in the best sort of way. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth dropping in, just be prepared that the ordering/pickup flow isn't the most obvious when you walk through the door. Once you're dialed in though, the food delivers.

Visited For Crying Out Loud Food Truck located in the parking lot of where my job is located. My teammates were raving about how good the food was, so I tried it today. Omg!! I ordered the Smash burger and now I see why it has that name because I smashed it. Drew delivered exceptional customer service and everyone around that was ordering was talking and laughing with each other which made it a very nice atmosphere. I will definitely go back.

Hands down one of the best smash burgers I've ever had. It had so much flavor and the sauce and toppings were fresh and delicious. We also tried a chicken sandwich and loaded fries and all were 10/10

Wow..... Wow....Wow!!! The Slowpoke Smash Burger is one of the BEST smash burgers around. I had the sauce on the side and ended up dipping every bite after the first bite. This burger is a winner. Go and get one ASAP!!!

The food was very good and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed that we had a place to take our food to and sit comfortably and have some beer, wine or soda. Burger was great and fries very crispy, hot and seasoned just right. The hot chicken was good as well. Great place to hang out!

Listen...there is one thing you need to do and that is GO GET YOURSELF A SMASH BURGER OR CHICKEN SANDWICH from For Crying Out Loud as soon as possible. Honestly one of the best burgers we've had in a long time. Seasoned to perfection. Dribble down your finger juiciness. Lip smackin' goodness. We also were able to try the chicken and fries which were also scrumptious!!!!! Their truck is located in the parking lot behind The Percent -The Nook in the old creamery warehouse in Concord. These guys do it all. Cook. Cashier. Serve it up. They were awesome. There is a QR code on the side of their truck you can order from, but when time allows they will take your order manually, but they stay busy so I suggest the QR code for ease of convenience. Once you've ordered you can eat inside The Nook and grab a cold beer, seltzer or coffee. It is also a great place to check out!! They have plenty of seating inside but there is outdoor picnic seating as well. It's a quaint area!!

Optimist Hall itself is a very food-centric, upscale food hall with a ton of vendors, so the atmosphere is energetic and fun. Seating can be a little challenging during peak dinner hours since so many people are grabbing food from different spots, but when the weather is nice there's plenty of outdoor seating. Harriet's keeps their burger formula refreshingly simple. It's a classic smash burger done right--made to order with a straightforward menu that doesn't overcomplicate things. There's usually a line, but it moves pretty quickly, and the burgers come out hot and fresh. One of the best parts of eating here is the flexibility of the food hall experience. While you're waiting, you can grab a craft beer, a glass of wine, or even browse for dessert from one of the other vendors. Insider tip: Come with a group if you can. It's a great place to share fries and let everyone explore different vendors around the hall. Parking is fairly easy with the nearby garage, which makes the whole experience even more convenient. Overall, Harriet's is a fun, delicious stop for a smash burger, especially if you're already enjoying the energy of Optimist Hall.

The place was bustling with people trying different places within the food hall. I decided to try the GOAT burger with sweet potato fries. Upon receiving my food, i was less than impressed with the appearance. Nothing like photos from other yelp reviewers and the other Johnny Roger location. It was very small portion of fries considering up charge of $2.50. The burgers bun was not toasted and it was a basic bun, cool to the touch. I noticed my burger was missing the candied bacon that was listed for the components of the burger. I went back up to ask for it and the cashier was more than helpful. She asked me if I had the onion straws on it as well and I looked only to see two small pieces. She took it upon herself to get me more to put on top. For that I was thankful. When another worker handed me my missing candied bacon, I looked at it and was slightly disgusted at the sight of floppy soggy bacon. But I went with it and went back to my table to put it on my burger. When I went to pick it up it was absolutely cold! So I went back to let them know and they took it from me and literally popped it in the microwave. At this point I'm just hungry and ready to eat. There was no crisp to the bacon at all and the candied part was basically just to douse it in some sweet syrup. So to sum it all up. I was very disappointed in the quality of the product compared to the $17 price tag. A cool not really grilled burger (assuming they were broiled or microwaved?) no grill marks, with soppy bacon and basic bun. Also they charge $4 for a sweet tea....... Just disappointment all around, except for the helpful cashier.

The restaurant was a ghost town on a Sunday evening. Maybe everyone is still eating Thanksgiving leftovers? Since there were 3 of us, we opted for an order of 3 tenders, 3 sliders, and 3 fry flavors. It was definitely enough for us to all share. The tenders were nice and crispy and the sweet chili sauce was good. I picked the Green Flag slider with bacon and pickles, very tasty. The little burger was cooked perfectly. For the fries we went with beer cheese and bacon, MW dusted, and Cajun. The Cajun were the best of the 3. The MW dust is a little on the sweet side which I didn't mind because I was dipping mine in the leftover sweet chili sauce. I was hoping to be able to pick tots as one of the 3 options but it was fries or tots, no mixing. I was also a little disappointed that the entrees options did not come with any sides.
