I booked the Tiny Biscuit food truck for a corporate event I was hosting at my office. This was my first time booking a food truck and it was only with a few days notice so I was slightly anxious that something would go wrong. Tiny Biscuit came through on time and far surpassed my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and were able to effectively communicate a strategy for the day. They were even able to easily make a few adjustments on the fly to make sure their service fit the format of my event which helped things run much more smoothly. They offered a much larger menu than originally advertised which my guests were very happy with. I ordered the "What the Cluck" sliders and the "Gouda Bites" and can say that eating them was the highlight of my busy day! Both were ridiculously good and were clear favorites amongst my guests. If you're looking for a food truck that serves great food run by great people at an affordable price, I really can't recommend Tiny Biscuit enough and can easily say that they have won my business for future events. read more

Yesterday, I had a great experience at their food truck. Order the Western BBQ Burger, the patty was flavorful & cooked to perfection (juicy).The presentation was great , the potatoes wedges were amazingly season & hot. I was able to customize my burger with removing the bacon & cheese. Service from ordering to receiving my food was timely & accurate. Food is Bomb! I tried the Tender Lovin' strips, which were breaded and tossed in their signature maple bourbon buffalo sauce. It was delectable. The chicken was fresh and moist, and the sweetness of the sauce really played well with the seasoning. The light fry added the perfect crisp to seal in the moist of the chicken. This was my first time trying out The Tiny Biscuit.i ordered the two piece tenders and a biscuit, with a southern egg roll. The tenders were crispy on the outside and juicy and flavorful inside. They paired well with the biscuit. I'll admit when I saw the biscuit, I thought it was small. Tiny if you will... then it dawned on me about the name of the food truck. Duh! After biting it, it was so soft, buttery, and dense. Tiny biscuit, big flavor! The southern egg rolls were crispy and flavorful. The mac and cheese flowed perfectly with the collards. The Mac Attack is definitely a feature favorite from the truck with the crispy tater tot's on the bottom with gooey macaroni, sauced up tenders, and chives. The meal comes with bacon bits as well but I don't eat pork. Both of the Fish Sandwich's are made with real fish, which elevates the experience a lot. The fish sandwich is well seasoned & comes with 2 fillets so it's a good portion too. The regular fries and sweet potato fries are good as well. The branding for Tiny Biscuit is top tier as well with the containers & bag. They are located outside of Armor Cow Brewery, so after you get your food, you can go inside and eat in the AC. I am an Advocate Health Employee. And Tiny Biscuit is very much over priced. $15.00 for a few chicken bites are absolutely ridiculous. We scan a QR code in our facility for all food trucks and the female taking orders stated that it wasn't them on the QR scan!! She told me the food prices on the truck were the original prices. I ordered tiny chicken bites for $15. Not knowing it didn't come with NO SIDES nor drink. $15 for 9 lil bites of chicken. Never Again. If we're supporting these food trucks, We should NEVER be over charged for anything. And having two different menus; is bad for business, not professional at all. Went here to grab some food here because me and my partner thought it'd be another good spot we could go to as it's close to our home. We order our food thinking it'd be a 10-15 wait but as 30 minutes went by my partner decided to go ask about the wait time, the cashier didn't even bother to look up at him and said with an annoyed look on her face.. "everything is made to order." We were aware of that but it took almost 40 minutes to get our food and once we got it my loaded Mac was cold with barely hot chicken bites on top. The customer service is poor and they should work on that especially since it's a black owned business... only gave it 2 stars because the food was mid. read more
