Do not use this company for your party rentals. I paid for my rental 2 weeks in advance and on the party date I could not get in touch with the company I called every hour and left messages starting at 9am the delivery was to be at 2:30 , no call no show at the 11th hour I had to contact K&M KIDZ WORLD PARTY RENTALS they delivered within an hour. Now I have to get my money back from big bash events. Please don't take a change with this company. My nephews party was almost ruined by this company, a kids party with no bounce house and bubble machine. They never contacted me and as of Monday 09/03/18 I still have not heard from this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Same experience as the other reviews. This guy is a total scam artist. We paid for the bounce house services about a week prior to the planned event. We were then notified that they no longer accept certain payment methods (venmo, paypal, etc) even though the invoice we were given clearly gave those methods as options. We promptly requested a refund with the intent of paying through another payment processing service. We never received a refund, they never showed for the kids birthday party and it has been over 2 weeks with zero communication. As with the other reviews I believe this company never intended on providing the services nor intend on returning our money. I wish I had seen the other review before we took the risk. We paid for our rental before delivery, as required. We were told the bounce house would be delivered by 11 a.m. as our party started at 12 p.m. The morning of the party my husband called to confirm and they didn't seem to recall that we had a delivery scheduled that day, but said that they would have it to us by 11 a.m. Around noon we received a text saying that the driver was in an accident and couldn't make the delivery, but that they would deliver an upgraded unit and we could keep it for the weekend. We told them that we needed it by 1 p.m. or we would need to cancel. We finally heard back around 1 p.m. that they couldn't make it and they indicated that they would refund our money and we would have it back by the 12th. It is now the 20th and we still do not have our refund. We have reached out over and over again and were told that it was processed and, after not seeing anything, were told that we needed to take it up with PayPal. We opened a case with PayPal several days ago and, when we followed-up with Big Bash today we were told that PayPal had removed the money from their account and we should be getting a refund. We called PayPal and they informed us that money had not been removed and that they weren't even involved at that point. We escalated this case to a dispute through PayPal and now Big Bash will have ten days to prove that they delivered the goods and services we paid for. Thankfully we have it in a text message that they did not. We personally feel like they had no intention of ever returning our money and have lied to us the whole way through.
