I really enjoyed it, as it was fruity and not overly citrusy with a bit of bitterness. Each pour over comes with about 12 oz in a glass carafe that you can poor into a ceramic cup to enjoy. I loved this pour over and would recommend drinking it in the cafe to avoid getting that unpleasant waxy taste from the paper cups. Overall, great coffee shop to spend time in with good coffee. Ceremony is definitely one of my favorite roasters in the DMV, and I try to make time to stop by whenever I'm near one.
