We were passing through the area - mapped out nearest coffee shops and this was the closest to us at the time of our search. It was definitely underwhelming. I was hoping for a more local vibe. There didn't appear to be any technical coffee making, no house made syrups, no really construction of drinks per se which is what I love about coffee shops. They also had a wide variety of blends and teas. Not my vibe at all. It seemed as though there was a mixture of locals and travelers. The cashier was nice enough and patient while we decided what to get to eat and drink. I played it safe and just got a hot vanilla latte. It was average. We also got a plain bagel with cream cheese, banana, and chicken salad sandwhich. No complaints but also not impressive. Not a great location either but again, was only passing through, seems to work for them.

    Huge bean selection!

Great service and ambiance. Prices were in line with other upscale coffee shops however the coffee did not compare.

I've been to Baltimore Coffee & Tea a million times - I love it here. Recently, I've discovered my inner Barista & now make all of my drinks at home, which would suck bc it should mean I have to spend less time here but, if you take a look at some of my photos, you'd know that they have a plethora of coffee/espresso beans for purchase. Today I got the Renaissance blend & Espresso Roma ground for my espresso machine and I'm very excited to try them. The customer service is always good, and the vibe/ambiance is that of somewhere you'd want to hang. They have a cool rewards programs for specialty drinks and coffee beans as well. I'll continue to find excuses to visit Bmore Coffee & Tea whenever I can.

I was familiar with Baltimore Coffee & Tea as I had gotten a recommendation from a former girlfriend. I had been to the Frederick location twice. But Odenton isn't too far from my current home, about 7 miles or so. I visited the Odenton one time on Wednesday, October 5, 2022. It was a "Coffee with a Cop" event that morning. The staff was friendly, and the drink I got was solid although I don't recall which drink I exactly got, but something in the coffee category, not tea, or miscellaneous drink. I WiFi that whole morning there in a comfortable setting for doing work. So, Baltimore Coffee & Tea Odenton is in the same AA County police district as where I live. I spoke with the western district Anne Arundel County police when there was a good time when others weren't talking and was good timing for my work. The police were nice too talking about crime concerns in my neighborhood like catalytic converter theft and mostly increased vehicle related crimes.

Came here for lunch on Saturday after reading positive reviews, and I was glad I chose here! The place offers a various selection of coffee beans and teas in addition to some food items. We got iced chai tea, cafe au lait, bagel and sandwich. Our orders were prepared pretty quickly and definitely good for the price. The drinks were both aromatic, and the foods were fresh and tasty. The place is pretty spacious and welcoming. The staff was also quite friendly as well. I'd love to visit again when I'm visiting around. Easy to locate the store and parking.

We stopped in on a Saturday morning around 9-10am- decided to stop in after seeing one of my fellow Yelp buddies frequently check in here, and I'm glad I did. The breakfast sandwich was on point, and we loved the coffee so much that we picked up a box to take home. Espresso Roma did not disappoint! Given how busy they get, I was surprised they only had one register open--so just come with patience and no rush, and you'll be fine.

    Nasty food

Nope! Microwaved bacon, only 1 piece at that on a croissant sandwich, fake eggs like the ones from McDonald , small portion and very expensive, "matcha" nothing more than milk and sugar, cold cheese on a hot sandwich, eww...drive a little further for better options trust me !

I honestly love the coffee here! I always go for the coffee of the day and have really enjoyed exploring all the different flavors. So far, I've tried the Baltimore Blend and Starry Night, both were great, but I especially loved the Baltimore Blend, it was just perfect. I'll definitely be coming back

I stop in at BC&T 3-4 (or more) times a week. Great coffee! Great service! Great bagels! What more do you need at 0700 in the day?

I frequent here often, and it's a great place to sit and get some work done. I usually get the spiced chai tea latte with oat milk and an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. It hasn't disappointed me yet!

I mean, maybe the breakfasts are to die for, so I'm willing to try that before giving up. But my corned beef sandwich was just OK. There are only a couple of bread choices, and not that I wanted rye but you couldn't get a Reuben here, for example. The whole wheat bread was just ... OK. Like go to the grocery and buy their brand off the shelf and that was what it was. The mayo was thinly spread, as was the yellow mustard. I guess there was about 2 oz of meat. Honestly, it just wasn't worth $10 to me. Sandwiches come with nothing, so if you want chips or anything else, you pay separately for those. It's very small, as noted, but very clean. Parking is kinda wonky, although there are enough spaces - just not right in front. You can get to it from the side street (Odenton Road) or cut through between Walgreens and Ace Hardware, from Piney Orchard Parkway.

I yelped breakfast and was surprised to come across this spot. What on earth?! I have lived in this area all my life and have NEVER seen or known about this little deli. I thought it was a taxidermy spot, for some reason? Not the case at all--they apparently have been open for over 70 YEARS! The deli serves as a go-to spot for a quick grab and go or a quick stop-in and sit either inside or outside (total of four tables). Counter deli-style ordering only. They are located off of Piney Orchard Parkway behind the Walgreens and ACE (truly hidden). Other than their breakfast menu items, the Cheesesteak sandwich, scrapple and the Italian sub is what people tend to order here according to the cashier. Yes, it is food you can make at home but something about a good ol'deli just makes it all taste better. Also, totally random but they have a bitcoin dispenser and seem to be the go-to spot for all things related to the lottery. No joke, there have been A LOT of winners here.

Today was the day! ;) It was around 1140 so it wasn't busy yet, meaning I was able to order immediately and got my takeout order in about 5 minutes. The counter person was friendly and so polite. I chose a "choose two" with broccoli cheddar soup and the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich. Both turned out to be excellent choices. I have to say that the soup beats Panera hands down. The broccoli was distinct bites, the flavor deep and rich, and there were nice globs of cheddar cheese. Wow! I've never had a sammie made with a jalapeño roll except those I make at home with bakery rolls. This was just delightful, and the "crunch" is supplied by jalapeño kettle chips. Inspired! Even one half of each was plenty to satisfy my hunger, so I'm getting two meals for just over $14 including tip. I will definitely go back to try other soups & sammies!

I guess they don't call out names when an order is ready so my sandwich was just sitting there waiting for someone to ask about it? Anyway- I got my smoky pepper jack turkey sandwich home, opened it up - and there was NO bacon. The sandwich was just okay- I should have just gone a couple doors down to Jersey Mike's. I am annoyed that I tipped at the register when I ordered and in exchange received terrible service and a bland sandwich.

Whether you're getting a sandwich, salad, or pizza, it doesn't feel like typical fast casual food. It's a step above that, but still quick and convenient. I've had the turkey avocado sandwich and the green goddess salad, both solid choices. My daughter usually goes for the pizza and enjoys it every time. We come here every once in a while, and the consistency is there. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. It's clean, not too loud, and works whether you're eating in or just stopping by to grab something and go. Service is solid. You order, things come out pretty quick, and the staff is friendly without overdoing it. One thing I will say is Newk's is one of the cleaner eating options in the area. If you're trying to be a little more mindful about what you're eating but still want something convenient, this is a good move. Overall, it's reliable. The other advertised condiments were only half filled in their cups and they were not enough I mean seriously I got about two thumbnails worth of cheese.
