One round the marshal flagged us down on the very last hole and told us we couldn't finish And had to head back to the club house. I asked since you are not allowing me to finish what I paid for then do I get some money back and he replied "that's not how it works" our round was going on 3 hours which is pretty fast if you ask me but not fast enough for the marshals i guess. Play here at your own risk. Like I said, It used to be my favorite course in this area and I would play every weekend All summer and fall. They lost a loyal customer.

It's been awhile…read more.... I've been avoiding this place for as long as I possibly could. Obviously I had two terrible experiences and didn't want to shop here anymore so I would drive out of my way an go even further to Chesterfield (Amazing store). Today I decided to go to the Manchester location.....and I'm glad I did. I met Dave in the club re-gripping and repair station. A wonderful human being who provided me with exceptional customer service! We talked about grips, what we preferred, what we didn't, and what we felt were a little gimmicky (no shot at anyone who likes a particular thing ). Dave is an outstanding professional with a great personality. Don't sleep on his skills on gripping clubs either. Watching him was a work of art. This is what golf is about, this what the golf community is about. He didn't know my handicap, and he didn't care. He didn't judge me on my clothes, where I was from, he just knew I was there to get some help with something I loved, GOLF!!!! While I waited for my grips I snagged a beautiful pair of footjoys, that hopefully make my feet happy. When I purchased the grips, I lost a 15% discount on a mishap with their online ordering. The young gentleman at the checkout desk helped me get the discount attached and purchase the grips at the price I was promised online. I felt like all the pricing was reasonable, and honestly I can't find it much cheaper anywhere else. They do price match with certain stores if you show them. I can't express how pleased I was to meet Dave and have such a fun time spending money on my biggest hobby. Fun fact, I also found out Dave is a Santa clause!!! An excellent one at that. Went to X-Golf yesterday to see what the venue was all about. I am planning a customer event there…read morein April and thought I'd get a preview. First, the staff couldn't be more helpful. Michelle has been my point of contact for our upcoming event and has been extremely helpful as well as fast to respond. On our visit yesterday Tony gave us the white glove treatment...friendly, helpful, showed us the entire place and regularly checked on us during our virtual round. The bar is more than I expected with plenty of beer and drink selections. We didn't have food but the menu seems to have enough options to fill the need. Both Michelle and Tony had suggestions if I wanted something more extensive catered in for our event. Again both super helpful. The simulator experience was a lot of fun. I am an average golfer as is my buddy and we got through 18 in about 90 minutes. The simulator options seem to be everything you need...practice tee and greens, plenty of game options and loads of courses to play. Two suggestions...practice putting on the simulator before you start a virtual round. It took a while to get the hang of putting. Second I didn't download the X-Golf app in advance. I think you can get access to all your stats if you do and sign into the simulator with your user name. Overall very enjoyable venue, super nice staff...and I didn't lose a single ball! Will definitely be back before our event as well as after.

The fairways were mostly dirt, the tee boxes were all dirt, and the greens were actually pretty decent (only reason for the 2nd star). I realize this place is cheap and I shouldn't expect much, but I do expect grass to hit an iron off of if I'm in the middle of the fairway. $25 for a round with a cart, but not even worth it if it was free. Would not go back Pros: greens were alright Cons: no grass on tee boxes, minimal grass in fairways, overall miserable course to play
