Workers come to work with dog hair on them, you never see anyone wash their hands, you dropped your kid off in one person or two people's care but while your gone someone else you never met will be taking care of your child. They pull teachers from the other building. Blame everything on being short staffed or the parent or the child, accountability is definitely lacking. While there are select few who actually care it's definitely not enough to leave your child here trust me! The prices don't even make sense you're basically paying for full time services even if you need part time. There's literally nobody to advocate for you if anything happens such as incidents or mishandling paperwork or payments. You want your child to attend a place they are happy to be tour and just get a feel for the kids personalities you can tell the worst part of their day is attending this place. If you're looking for any type of interactive learning here you won't find it. If you're looking for someone to actually pay attention to your child or build some type of bond with them you won't find it here. It is truly scary this establishment hasn't been looked into for several things actually.

We have also found out after a few months of school, that other parents that sent their kids to Goddard were targeted for early pick up as well. The facility doesn't care for every student, they only care for the students that fit their own mold and if you don't fit their mold, they will trash talk you and your parenting behind your back. We have now heard at least four other families that have endured the same disrespect from Goddard. Be warned.

I explained that I wanted to ensure he was not exhibiting any symptoms of illness before bringing him into daycare, to avoid any risk of exposing other children and staff. Upon arrival, I was told that my son late entry had disrupted the classroom routine. I acknowledged their concern but explained that my decision was based on a valid health consideration. Despite my explanation, Ms. Laura proceeded to make several inappropriate remarks. She stated that my son's need for additional care was due to his disabilities, implying that this made him an inconvenience to both herself and the classroom teacher. She further claimed that she had missed her lunch because she was assisting with feeding in my son's classroom. These statements were discriminatory, unprofessional, and contrary to the principles of inclusivity and equal treatment expected of a licensed childcare provider. Later that same day, I was informed that my son was being removed from the program. This decision appears to be directly connected to my earlier concerns and the accommodations my son requires, which constitutes discrimination Laura may convince you to enroll your child, but doing so would be a serious mistake. She conducts herself unprofessionally, and I regret not recognizing the warning signs sooner. If you truly value your children's well-being, I strongly urge you NOT to enroll them here. I gave Ms. Monica all the information she requested a week before I arrived at the daycare. She was very loving and helpful. When I arrived at Royal Learner's, I did not get a warm welcome and the Director Rhonda was rude. She couldn't find the paperwork that I'd submitted to Ms. Monica. To make a long story short, I didn't have a great first impression. A few weeks ago, my child was pushed in the back and fell face forward on the floor. I didn't receive a phone call about this incident. I walked in while the Director was trying to console him. His nose was bleeding and he was crying hysterically. The teacher and the Director didn't even tell me what happened right away. Another parent that was picking up their child told me what happened. Afterwards, the teacher came with the incident report trying to explain what happened. Almost 4 weeks later, the Director nor the teacher has yet to ask me if my child's nose is okay! He walked around with a bruised nose for a week! The parent who witnessed the incident is the only person that has asked me about my child's nose. Along with the Director, the staff doesn't always speak when I come in to drop off or pick up my child. Camera 12 has been out for 15 days now. That's a service that I pay for and need because I don't have a peace of mind while my child is in daycare. I am looking forward to moving him soon!

The school provides a wholesome breakfast lunch and snack for the kids. They have cameras in all their rooms where you can watch the kids and I really like the girls who watch my now 11 month old son. When visiting Children's Courtyard, I immediately felt that love. They embraced my twins with love, attention and care. This was not only expressed by the administration but the teaching staff as well . It felt like home away from home.
