I booked Big Blue Photo Booth for my wedding after our original photo booth rental did not work out. I am so glad to have found this company because they were so professional and reliable throughout. I was able to communicate with Drew through text and he is very quick to respond. He sent me my wedding logo a few days after booking and it looked great. The day of the wedding, they arrived promptly and had great communication with the person I designated in charge. I opted out of having a photo album because I wanted guests to place their photo strips in a scrapbook and sign it. Guests were able to do so because they received two copies of their photo strips and the company was okay with it. The attendant was great and professional. The photos came out high quality. The only thing is that it's hard to read props with words on it because of course, the photo is small. Nonetheless, my guests had a blast. About 2 days after my wedding, they emailed a link to download all of the photos taken and we loved seeing our guests so happy in all of the photos. I could not have been happier with this company and HIGHLY recommend them. They are also very reasonably priced given their high quality services! A 5-star business all around! read more

Big Blue Photo Booth is the real deal. My husband and I were looking for a photo booth for our wedding reception, and we received a recommendation from another vendor to work with this company. Communication was easy peasy! We had to call initially to receive a special rate, which is a steal because Big Blue always has some awesome promotion going on--be sure to ask! All other correspondences were through e-mail, and Drew was very prompt in his responses. We rented an enclosed booth for four hours, which included a custom logo design, unlimited photos sessions and prints for our guests, digital downloads of every photo (which we received the next day), props, an attendant, and a keepsake album with every print. Big Blue Photo Booth has several options to customize the photo booth and size of the prints to suit your needs or event, and they're responsive and flexible to any changes. Drew happily changed our logo (from one they had designed) to one a friend created, just weeks before the wedding. Sadly, we didn't get to experience the photo booth, ourselves, but our guests of all ages had a great time. Matt was our onsite attendant, and he was punctual and had a great sense of humor. He arrived nearly an hour before our start time to set up! Kudos to the Big Blue Photo Booth team. My husband and I were delighted to support a small, local business from his hometown. Found this after a few searches on Yelp and very pleased I went with them. Drew was awesome and responded quickly with all my questions as this was my first time renting a photobooth for a private event. Rented this for my housewarming and Drew was onsite for the whole duration. He was very polite with all my guests and they all loved this photobooth. Not only do u get a digital copy of all photos taken, U even get a printout of all the photos and the strips get put into a photo album and sent to u a few days later. Book them on August 2018 for my wedding i can say was the best service, high quality picture, and best price. All my guest were happy with photos. I took my family to the Queen Mary to celebrate Christmas. I was looking forward to meeting Santa and having our picture taken with him. We had stopped by early in the evening and there was a long line so we decided to try back later. We returned about 10 min to the end of the event and as soon as we walked in we were greeted and invited to meet Santa. The photographer, I didnt catch his name, was very welcoming! It was a big deal to me because I was with my 22 year old son and 15 year old son and each of their best friends, also 15 and 22, and we were able to get that fun, whimsical experience captured in an Awesome photo!! You'd be amazed how hard it is to find a professional/affordable photo booth. A couple friends and myself have been hosting a monthly party for about a year and a half and the photo booth companies we worked with have been sub par. There are many companies that provide photo booths, but not all are the same!! I've been blessed to be invited to some awesome parties that included a photo booth, but this company provided the best I've experienced. Fun props, multiple photo options, and attendants to help out with whatever you needed to make your precious moments all the more cherish-able. Is that even a word? This team is so awesome! I hired Drew and his team for my wedding this last Saturday and they were so great! Super efficient, friendly, communicative, helpful and just a breath of fresh air amongst the chaos that is wedding planning! My guests and I had the best time taking photo booth pics all night long! I did get them to come toward the end of the night, so everyone was a little beyond tipsy... But it made for some good laughs the next day when flipping through the book that was given to me with a double of every photo taken that night! So great! Totally a well rounded, professional and fun team! I recommend them for any fun event! Oh! Drew is def the guy you call when you need a photo booth. He comes fully equipped with his camera, lights, stands (whatever you call em fancy stuff), backdrops, photo props: masks, hats, sunglasses and all sorts of fun stuff. I had to pleasure to work with Drew last week at my work event, he was awesome! A lot of my event attendees took pics and were super excited showing their photos off others. Let just say, even tho it was my work event, I managed to sneak away to get a total of 5 sets of photos taken. Customer service is superb, we spent most of our contact via email and a few phone calls. Within these emails, Drew was able to design the look of the photo strip with our event logo and his company's. I highly recommend bring in Big Blue PH to your office event, they will come thru and go the extra mile for you. I am already discussing with my boss to bring them back again! I had three heroes last Friday the 8th: Drew, Nicole, and Alex. As a first-time member of PTA, I was given the task of planning the Welcome Dance for my son's middle school. Part of this was finding a photo booth to book, which I'd never done before. I didn't know where to look, who to contact, etc. so I looked on Yelp and found a positively-reviewed, 5-star photo booth vendor. Enter Big Blue Photo Booth. I read all the reviews for them. 5 stars across the board, along with glowing reviews. So I decided to give them a call and see what they could do for me. I spoke to Drew and gave him all the details of the dance and could they provide 2 booths? Absolutely, said Drew. In fact, he cut us a deal for hiring the 2 booths since it was a school dance. All the terms of hiring the booths were clearly stated in the contract Drew sent me, along with a proof of the graphic that would go on the photo strip. I was very impressed by how he was always available to answer all my questions via text, email and phone. Drew's team, Nicole and Alex, were pretty awesome too. They texted me on the day of the dance to confirm the location of our school. They arrived early and set-up right away. Nicole and Alex were great with the kids and had a fun collection of props for them to use! The kids were so happy with their photos that they returned after their first shoot to take more photos with more friends and more props! And Nicole and Alex were of course happy to oblige. :) After the dance, I received nothing but compliments on the photo booths from the school staff and my PTA colleagues. I, too, was very happy with the services that Drew, Nicole and Alex provided. They helped make my first dance a huge success! I now know who I'll be using for future events and will absolutely, positively recommend Big Blue to anyone seeking photo booth services. Drew was AMAZING! Hired them for my family's annual Halloween party last week and literally so amazing. Due to the amount of guests we had and everyone loving the photo booth, he ran out of photo paper but someone with his team was there for the rescue quite shortly. He made sure to find each person that was in a photo that was printed after the replacement paper showed up, so personal and we appreciated that. My mother was so busy entertaining that she didn't get into the booth as much as she wanted, so Drew stayed late an extra hour until 11pm to make her happy. So THANK YOU again for that. Big Blue Photo Booth did a fantastic job at my wedding at the Diamond Bar Center this past month. Showed up on time, and had wonderful customer service. My wedding guest's were raving about how much they enjoyed the booth! Drew did a wonderful job, they were even kind enough to wait for my husband and I to use the photo booth at the end of the night. Professional from the first call, to confirmation then the set up. Great props and friendly techs to help the line through. We were given am album of all the pics and also given a link to all the digital images. We were also able to give color ideas and ideas for art work. They gladly made one change for me and to match the colors for the party theme. I highly recommend since they gave photos to each person in the group, then put one in the album for us. Not sure if they give a discounts for multiple party rentals, but they sure are excellent! read more

I'm back, so the person we usually use to be our snap booth person was already booked and referred Agatha. I trusted his opinion and went ahead. It was a little more than I would had paid, but it was green screen and LED changing colored lights (which where never brought out) I rented out the service for 3 hours which cost me $600 of wasted monies, I would have done her so dirty and ignored her and not paid her the remaining balance, but Karma is not something I'm good with. Her attendant was drinking from our bar as if she was a guest and she took pictures as I posted of the catering service. Agatha gave me the excuse she probably thought they where guest??? How freaking stupid do you think I am , or how drunk was your attendant? The memory book was crap, I looked at all the pictures on their website and several are missing from the memory book, and NO it is not free for me to download my own wedding pictures. Agatha told me 1400 pictures where left behind??? How? We where at the event till past midnight, when the wedding ended at 11pm to clean up, so why where they not given to us when they closed the booth at 10pm. It's very clear that this 5 star reviews are fake or paid out, all of them have less than 30 reviews and no friends, the purpose of friends and reviews is for other yelpers to look towards you to guide in whether or not to use their services. Yet again, over stressed out by wedding preparations that I didn't even check the yelp reviews, I just went by the referral.

They have many fun props for the guests to use when taking photos: glasses, hats, masks, signs, etc. I've seen a few different styles of set up for the prints; from special customized backgrounds, to elegant plain backgrounds with other customized banners in various places on the postcard. All of them looked great with very good quality prints. From what I've seen most of the prints get four photos to a picture, so if you don't looking good in the first photo, you have three more chances to pose or to put on a mask. This is a nice and easy way to keep memories of family and friends at special occasions. From what I've seen, the photo booth is always fun and entertaining for guests of all ages. It is also very convenient because guests can go and take their photos whenever they want to. The photos print out very fast and the staff working the booth is always helpful and super friendly. Also, the pictures were available the next day on Facebook with the option of just looking at the regular prints or animated GIFs where your photos look like a mini movie clip (very cute). The photos are also password protected so you don't need to worry about any creepers or stalkers. If I ever had a party I would definitely consider having this photo booth there, it's just so much more fun!

My wife hired Pic-O-Rama's services for a graduation party that took place just last week. They…read morenever showed up. Never even gave a reason for not showing up. Just absolutely left us hanging. My wife first contacted Pic-O-Rama on April 23 (almost two months in advance of our party). Pic-O-Rama replied and confirmed our booking that same day. On June 5, a week before the event, my wife sent a follow-up text to Pic-O-Rama. They responded that "everything is good" and that we should have received 2 confirmations. We had never received a 2nd confirmation so we told them so immediately. They never responded and that was the last that we ever heard from them. Day of the event (June 13) we sent another text message to confirm. No response. After a couple of hours, we tried calling Pic-O-Rama directly. The first time, they picked up but no one spoke on the other side. We tried calling back twice after that, but we were sent directly to voicemail. Our party ended up with no photobooth and no explanation as to why we had been ghosted by Pic-O-Rama. We could understand if some emergency came up, but it's been a week since our event and we still have not heard a peep from Pic-O-Rama. We booked well ahead of time, tried our best to stay in contact, and have been left extremely disappointed. We completely missed the opportunity to capture the photos and memories of the momentous event as we had planned. To be frank, we are glad that our event was "just" a graduation party. If we had been counting on Pic-O-Rama for our wedding, I can't imagine how devastated we would have been.
