This was my first time looking for chair and table rentals. I was on time crunch and only had about 3 weeks to plan a birthday party. I contacted several rental businesses and most had a minimum amount of rentals before they deliver. None had as efficient and clear communication as Chris's company. It was such quick and easy communication via yelp messages that I thought it was unreal, but low and behold, Chris delivers in the exact time frame he tells you. Friendly service and made my chaotic morning a little less stressful. He came and picked up the rentals the next morning and since I wasn't available, I was able to remotely open our garage for him to pick up. Just like that, he was on his way. Thank you Russo's Rentals for the awesome jumper! We rented a mini slide jumper for my toddler's birthday and all the kids had a blast. I contacted a few places that offer rentals but nowhere else beat their prices. They were quick with their responses and also kept me updated on when the rental will be delivered. I was planning a rehearsal dinner from 400 miles away. Requested a quote online from Russo's Rentals for tables and chairs, the response time was within 20 minutes, the price was competitive and included delivery and pickup fees. Christoper worked with us to accommodate our tight schedule, and picked up the rentals on a Saturday morning versus the Monday morning that other companies quoted. Second time renting a jumper and again, a fantastic experience! Can't believe I didn't write a review after the first time. Price is great, communication is awesome, and after they dropped it off, the son cleaned the interior while the father cleaned the exterior. Thoroughly impressed and thanks to Russo's rentals, the adults got to enjoy watching the Dodgers World Series game 2 in peace while the kids all jumped their hearts out! I am a type of person that does my research before purchasing or booking for an event. I have several jumper's quotes and Russo's rentals provided exceptional services and pricing. I got the medium size Jumper and it was perfect. The Jumper arrived on time. It was very clean. It was absolutely amazing. Best part was that I was in contact with , Christian, the whole time and that communication was what made the process seamless. I appreciate that they allow me to use Venmo, which made it convenient. They even left the jumper until the next day, which allowed the birthday boy to extend this jumping experience. Overall, I'd highly recommend Russo's jumper. They are planning to provide games soon, I am looking forward to that! They are also renting out tables and chairs. Highly recommend them!!!! read more

I had originally reached out to Russo's Rentals back around August along with other party rentals for a jumper rental I needed like a week before. Russo's Rentals was able to communicate to me about what jumpers I wanted and what they had. They were able to accommodate a jumper/slide for me and their pricing is definitely one of the best or the best around the area. It was so easy to work with them. Came out the morning of the party to set up fairly quick and left it for us overnight. They came to pick it up the next day so we were able to make use of it. Due to the first time being a positive experience, I again reached out but this time about 2-3 weeks prior to our event. Once again, pricing was great. They came and dropped off the jumper the day of and left it overnight. Came by the day after to pick it up quick and easy. All this time, they were very communicative in terms of time they will be arriving for drop off and pick up. Definitely a great experience and will again rent with them! read more

I highly recommend this company! He saved me the day of my son's party when the person i had originally rented a water slide from scammed me and didnt show up. I looked through yelp for a near by rental but no one had drivers. Russo rentals was luckily able to bring my rental in time for our party and it was at an affordable price compared to most water slides these days. Super nice guy, highly recommend him! read more

I found Russo's rental on Yelp. With all the great reviews I've read I decided to reach out to them. Christian responded quickly. Answered all my questions and have me a quote. Using this quote I shopped around and Russo's rental is by far the best and most reasonable prize. I quickly hired them On the day of the set up he contacted me to give me his status / ETA. He was very kind and wipes down everything of the bounce house ( inside and outside). I can tell this bounce house was kept in very good condition. Chris with Russo Rentals was so helpful in getting a small bouncy house for my tiny backyard. Had family over and decided to get a bouncy house for the day instead of having all the kids run hysterically up and down the stairs. I've rented from Russo's a couple of times and each time, their jumpers have been well maintained and clean! They're so clean that even my guests have taken notice. In addition, the jumper always arrives on time and within the given timeframe, so your whole morning isn't monopolized.
