I chose to get all my property back before leaving this review and im sorry for that timely reviews help to prevent bad business from continuing to hurt people. I bought Chevy trailblazer here about 2 months back being told there was a 5 day warranty to fix any issues ( this was the only reason I even considered buying this truck) so I bought it brought it to my mechanic had it diagnosed then brought it back to big bobs on the 4/5 days I had so they could as promised "repair the vehicle at no cost". Upon returning I was told they were too busy and wouldn't be able to help today and too come back the following Tuesday (5 days later) but they assured me they would not charge me and still take care of the issues. Aside from the obvious lies that the car was in good condition this was the first time they had lied to my face that I had realized. I towed the vehicle to the dealer and they told me there was "no warranty it's been 10 days" so they played there little game as to avoid taking responsibility. Then they made repairs at there discretion making me come out of pocket I was hoping maybe from they're it would be resolved so I stupidly payed them 275$ cash with no receipt for these repairs and the car broke down 5 minutes later . I brought it back they said the coolant system had air so they needed to bleed that and replace the fluid "not soemthing they should've have missed" but ok fine one more chance I said to myself. They "fixed" it and I was broke down again 10 minutes later. My first payment was then due at the end of the week that week but the car needed to still be fixed after he breakdown so I let it sit at the dealer while they "fixed" when all they did was wait until the payment date to see if I would pay" which I refused at this point because of all the bad faith business I have experienced here but I couldn't even tell them that because they dodged me and my call for a week! Only calling after the payment was due in an attempt to try to collect more money from me. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE BOB IS A SCAMMER AND IS DISHONEST. HIS RIGHT HAND MAN MIKE IS JUST AS DECEPTIVE NOT TO MENTION OFFENSIVE!!! BIG BOB IS A THIEF AND A RIP OFF!!! I was purchasing a 2009 Toyota Camry from "Big Bob's Cars" aka Robert D. Ross aka Ross Financial up until yesterday 01/29/2018. I'm disabled and I used my Federal Victims Compensation to pay over $2,000 on this car in the last 3 months, not including insurance. And "LIFE" happened to my wife in about 3 weeks ago. I switched to a better job. But my employer pays via PayPal. My first pay was for a week, 22 hours. so I paid Robert D. Ross a portion on my monthly car note via Zelle for January but PayPal placed a 72 hour hold on my pay check this week. That would have been released tomorrow, HOWEVER, Robert D. Ross had my car repossessed yesterday. My employer, former Indy 500 race car driver Richard "Ricky Bobby" Treadway, contacted Robert D. Ross and offered to pay 2 months of my car note in advance. But Robert D. Ross refused with a very nasty attitude, claim to not trust me. However he is the one to not be trusted, the SUV, I was originally interested in that he claimed a had a week deposit on it was and still is there on the lot. And he is a total raciest liar. This POS that my wife bought the car from this scam of a dealership... my wife had surgery unexpected and we got backed up with insurance for not even a week which I understand that they have the right to take it. I purchased a car on 10/25/19 2008 Volkswagen Passat. On a Friday I was given $20 cash because it had no gas in the car. When I left no lights was on in the car. I get on 95N by the time I made it to Cypress Creek the check engine light had came on. I called the next day spoke with Bob. I let him know the light came on. When I signed for the car on Friday I was advised I had a 14 day warranty. If anything happens I can bring it back and they would fix it. I did not go back until the Following Saturday. I was told the part cost $800, I would be called once the part came in to schedule appointment for the part to be fixed. The guy Jose reset the light and of course the check engine last came back on. Which he told me it would. Monday come don't hear anything, Tuesday come don't hear anything. Called Wednesday spoke with Barb she said I did not not order the part do you remember what the part is? No I don't know only thing I know he said it cost $800. She said let me talk to the tech and I will call you back. Which she did, she left me a message telling me that she would call me tomorrow to schedule a time to bring the car in. Thursday comes here comes the Drama. The car ran hot was driven for two blocks. I called spoke with Bob and he said I thought you were going to have the car towed here yesterday. I said no that was not me. Let me add everytime I called or came up there I was thought to be someone else. (All Black People Look Alike) I called and had my insurance company to tow the car there. First Diagnosis was told it was some hoses and I will be called once it was ready. 2nd Diagnosis: I was told the car was driven and the heads crack, he will honor the warranty. But it will take a week to fix. 3rd Diagnosis the engine is gone. I might not be a mechanic but I know if the engine is gone the car would not start. The day the car ran hot all these lights came on. Lifted up the hood to discover there was places that had duct tape under the hood. When I first got the car the person who had it be me. They left all her information even her toll tickets that came in the mail. Bob calls and call his self trying to help. But still not taking ownership for selling me this piece of junk. I put down $900 was able to drive the car for 13 days of the 14 day warranty. I told him I was going to send my friend to get the stuff out of the car. He said ok no problem. His idea of helping me was to give me half the down payment towards another car. I did not feel that was good enough after you sold me a piece of crap I don't want to do business with you anymore. I send him a text saying my friend name that is coming to get the stuff. Now all of a sudden I have to come because I have to sign a release. But before it was ok. My brother called and told him the truth about the car he sold me. He got upset and text me that he will talk to me but no one else. I finally go to pick up my stuff and sign this paper that was not filled in he told me he not putting it on my credit. I smiled and said not worried about my credit. So you just keep my money knowing the car was not no good. If he can sleep at night knowing they in the hood. Taking people money selling them raggedy cars. More power to him! Never do business with me or anyone else I know in Fort Lauderdale! This has left me paying for a car insurance policy for a car I only driven for 13 days. Then Bob says to me you put 1000 miles on the car. Where do he live that you don't put miles like that on a car. I said I could have gotten a rental car for 13 cheaper than 900. He laughed and said yeah. Like that was ok, because they have you sign that you are getting the car as is not really much I can do.
