We were greeted by Mr. Dex who was very welcoming and explained a lot of the process right off the bat. He was open and honest, and he gave me his time but one of the things that struck me with him was he said, even if you don't buy a vehicle from me I still want you to be able to have some knowledge of car buying process and that's rare in the auto industry everybody just wants to get over on you. I ended up getting a custom order which he explained. He took his time to reach out to me and explain the different options. I went in and sat down with Mikey to do my custom order of my vehicle. Everything was explained, I found the vehicle that I loved and purchased, I just want to say I am happy. They both assisted me, They were very professional & knowledgeable. This is a family business. There is still upstanding car dealerships and this is no doubt 1 of them "a diamond" among let's just say sour lemons. You won't know until you try so pay them a visit if you're looking for yourself or someone you care about they will care for you.

My spouse traded his car here for a 2015 Honda that he fell in love with, these bloodsuckers of salesmen took every advantage of him! I won't even get into detail there. My most prominent reason for this post is that this establishment sold him an UNSAFE, UNFIT vehicle that CLEARLY was NOT inspected by their mechanics or staff in charge of checking vehicles for sale. After a few months his car (which is push to start) started malfunctioning electronically, this past Monday they car completely died. Dead. Can't turn it on, nothing worked. So as we do not live near motor house we went straight to Honda thinking this must be a much bigger issue than we thought seeing as changing the battery did nothing to start the vehicle. Upon arriving to a Honda dealership and having service inspect the car, it seems that MOTORHOUSE sold my spouse a vehicle that had been so heavily modified by the previous owner that we had been at risk for the last 9 months of CAR FIRE. The previous individual modified and hid it well, but any certified and professional mechanic would have been able to find it, Honda service rep even said that to a regular Joe like my spouse (in regards to car knowledge) wouldn't have been able to tell but any good mechanic would have known something was completely off. This place clearly doesn't check their vehicles well, and if they do then they do not care about consumers safety! The starter had melted into some part of the car that I didn't understand well and the Wire harness HAD BEEN CUT IN HALF AND MENDED WITH ELECTRICAL TAPE by the previous owner who tried to modify the car to include cold air intake, hids, and some other things that I don't even know what they are. What I do know is this vehicle has been a headache since he bought it! This establishment shows a CLEAR lack of consideration and negligence of ensuring that vehicles are safe to be sold to other individuals. Do you know what it is to have a manager of service at a Honda dealership tell us that we're lucky the car hadn't previously caught fire while driving WITH US IN IT?!? If this doesn't raise a single red flag, I really don't know what will. To top it off we called to speak to management, all he had to say was they would take the car to upgrade to another. WHAT! You expect us to upgrade and repurchase a new vehicle from your establishment when the first one could have caused us serious injury or killed us!?! Are you insane!? The ONLY reason we aren't trying to see about suing this place is because our repairs to fix the ENTIRE electrical system of the vehicle is going to cost us nearly $3000.... NOT covered by the warranty they offer here either! The manager himself was rude, inconsiderate and tried to accuse US of modifying the car!! Then tried to bring up the vehicle history saying this could have happened in an accident that we were in (not at fault) ... very sorry sir but a wire harness does not just perfectly slice in half after a MINOR accident. Not to mention, he tried to say that maybe the mechanic where we took the car to get an OIL CHANGE that lasted no more than 30 minutes modified the car in order to "steal our money" .... WHAT! What nerve this jerk of a manager had. No customer service skills WHATSOEVER. This place is a load of crap. They do not care about you, they care about your money. DO NOT BUY HERE.
