BUYERS BEWARE.....of this dealership, the former notary at the dealership Kimberly Rogers was caught forging and submitting fraudulent documents in Pennsylvania, and it's currently under investigation by plantation PD, Pennsylvania state troopers, US postal, inspectors for federal mail fraud, and Amin Baker the sales manager is currently under FBI investigations for attempted extortion. I bought a van from these individuals in 2022 and five months later they discreetly placed a lien on It by forging a power of attorney and submitting a fraudulent lien application to the state of Pennsylvania. When I discovered it in 2025 I emailed the dealership about what I have discovered and Amin Baker attempted to extort me by requesting $4000 to release the lien. What they didn't realize was I'm a retired federal criminal investigator and I caught Kimberly Rogers and obtained her forged documents. I initiated an investigation with the notary office in Tallahassee and as of March of this year, her notary license has been revoked indefinitely. Below are documents to prove what I'm saying. The power of attorney that has handwriting on it is the forged document that Kimberly Rogers created and notarized. I did sign one of these documents, but this is not the one that I signed. The other document with auto shows name on it is an actual document I signed and Kimberly, Rogers notarized the day I went to the dealership in May 2022. I obtained this document from PennDOT which was submitted to Pennsylvania when they transferred the title to my bank. If you look at my signatures on those two documents they are different. If you look at the two notary stamps on those documents you'll notice two different expiration dates yet they were supposedly made on the same day. Kimberly Rogers renewed her notary stamp at the end of August 2022 which is why the forged document has a different expiration date on the notary stamp. She created this document after September 1, 2022. I obtained the copy of the forged document from PennDOT on September 13, 2022, because Kimberly Rogers forgot to send payment with her lien application and they sent the documents to me as the only registered owner. She subsequently forged a second set of documents and sent them to PennDOT with payment and successfully placed a lien on my vehicle in October 2022. The lien has been released here in Pennsylvania after several months of investigation and the notary office in Tallahassee determining she forged the documents. These people are currently under investigation I would not do business with this dealership as the dealership is also under investigation. My bank has reported the dealership for fraud because Kimberly Rogers used her official position at the dealership to mislead my bank, which intern provided her with sensitive personal information she would not have been privy to if she was not working at the dealership. I do not know the status of that investigation, but I was told by my bank that they had reported Kimberly, to the Florida DMV and submitted a voice recording of her obtaining this information for auto show on July 21, 2022. read more

FRANCISCO, another salesman, took over after Gino, i was patient with him until kept telling me he would look into it n call me back but never would.. that went on for a week or 2.. -refused to give me his GM's name or number AMIN BAKER, the GM & leader of this "dealership"! When I finally found his contact somewhere on google after Francisco refused to give me his information, Amin was no help at all. I only talked to him twice because every other time he was out of his office or he would leave me on hold -after going to my local ford dealership, where they told me the engine light was due to the small catalytic converters basically choking the engine, and getting a quote for a new exhaust system that was around $1700, was less than the stock exhaust that's on back order.. this guy only offered me $500.. Purchased a vehicle 2 months ago from AutoShow and I am STILL dealing with them, as well as multiple car problems. I live in GA and found the car online, arranged financing and a flight to go pick it up. The day before I was flying down, Sergio, my salesperson, called to say that there was an issue with my financing and that the only way to complete the sale was to try their lender. Seeing as how I was scheduled to fly down there the next day, this of course stressed me out and I agreed to apply for a loan with their lender, taking his word. Their lender came back with a much higher APR and I declined them. Shortly thereafter, Sergio said everything was fine with my original lender and that the loan would go through. I later spoke with my original lender and they said they knew nothing about this and that there had never been a problem, so clearly, I was lied to by the AutoShow team in order to coerce me into financing through their preferred lender. The next day, I flew down and completed the purchase of the car. The process in the office seemed smooth. I took the car for a test drive, everything appeared normal. As I sat a Sergio's desk, he asked that I write a positive Google review for him, even saying that he would "get in trouble" if I didn't. He stepped away and came back within 5 mins to make sure I'd written my review. I didn't appreciate the pressure he put on me to write it, but in that moment, I just wanted to get the whole thing over with, so I did. Next, I went into Michael Sosa's office to complete all the paperwork. This went relatively smoothly; however, there was a hiccup with my registration, being that I was purchasing a car in Florida and I reside in Georgia. Understandable. Both he and Sergio made a big deal about me needing to get my emissions done in Georgia before the car could be registered. I purchased a Diesel vehicle. Georgia Drivers Services states that Diesel vehicles are exempt from emissions testing. I pointed this out to them, even showing them where it said that on the paperwork they, themselves, printed out. But my words were ignored. Michael said that I couldn't be given my car's spare key until this was completed. Needless to say, I got one of the two keys to my car, signed the paperwork and hit the road back to Atlanta. The very next day, my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. These lights include; Airbag, Tire Pressure Monitoring, Steering System, ABS, and ESP/ASR (Electronic Stabilization Program or Traction Control). It takes 3-6 pushes of the start button to turn the car on or off and my car has repeatedly gone into limp mode. Of course, I signed all kinds of paperwork relieving them of any blame for literally anything that may go wrong with the vehicle, so I am left to deal with this myself. Finally, it took over a month and a half for the registration to come through. I even had to get a second temporary tag because the original one was expiring. I'll say, I'm not sure how much of this is on them and how much is the fault of the state of Georgia, but it sure seemed like an unreasonable amount of time. Once my registration was completed, I called Stephanie in the Tag & Title office of AutoShow to send me my key. She has generally been very helpful. She said on 8/7 that she was sending it out. Excellent. Today is 8/18 and I have yet to receive the key. I just spoke with another lady there who confirmed it was sent. I asked for a tracking number since it seems odd that it would take more than 11 days to arrive. She explained that it was sent in prepaid certified mail, requiring a signature, and that there was no tracking number. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe there is such as thing as "prepaid certified mail". If there is something that requires a signature, it usually comes with a tracking number. Why would something of this importance be sent without a tracking number? She eventually said she couldn't do anything about it and I should go to the USPS. 2 months later, I still don't have a spare key but I do have plenty of car problems. read more

I would have elected to give zero stars if it were possible. You know that sleazy used car dealership you see in movies and TV shows? Well, that's this dealership. Made an appointment to view 2 vehicles the next day. Showed up, and unfortunately the kind, friendly woman I spoke with was not involved with sales--they could really use someone like her on the sales floor. My boyfriend and I were directed to the vehicle of my choice, as the other one was supposedly sold earlier that day. Honestly, these people are so slimy it's hard to tell whether it was true or just a bait and switch. We got left with the vehicle and the key, and were promised that we would be shown everything after the test drive. The only thing they ever showed me was the rear view camera. We took a very brief test drive, and were told the salesman would meet us back at the vehicle with the Carfax. That never happened. Despite taking a 5 minute test drive, coming directly back, and staying in/directly outside the vehicle the entire time, he somehow, in this gross, minuscule lot "couldn't find us." So when he finally found us after "looking everywhere," he took us straight back to the office, rushed me through the Carfax, and asked if he should draw up the paperwork. Sure--seems reasonable, after I spent the last two minutes pointing out the fact that the car had major, noticeable defects on both the interior and exterior that would be a considerable cost to to have restored, and was completely ignored. He didn't take us back to the car or even try to address my concerns and questions. Instead, I had to listen to the same used car salesman drivel about how it's "priced right." A smart consumer does not pay full price for a vehicle that has clearly been neglected and sustained three VERY rough years of ownership. There was even a part on the front under the bumper that was falling off on one side. Nice--sounds like something I should pay full price for, said no one. Ever. My personal favorite part about this, of course, is that they wanted to charge a $900 dealer fee. So, on top of this terrible experience and receiving ZERO help and guidance, I was expected to pay. Based on the very FAIR (definitely not good) condition of this vehicle, I made a very reasonable offer. These people just expect stupid people to walk in and throw them the figure that they ask for, without even taking into account the fact that they're not being helped, but rather pressured, and being sold a sub-par vehicle. These people have pride in neither their vehicles nor their dealership. DISGUSTED and reporting this to my wonderful insurance company, USAA, through which I found this place and had this quite unfortunate experience. A company as wonderful as USAA has no business being associated with these people in any capacity. Do yourself and your finances a favor and buy a vehicle from literally anyone else. read more

I was searching for the right vehicle for a while. By right I mean: something that would meet my transportation needs, fit my budget, and include most of the features I like in a car. Along came AutoShow. Once I inquired about their featured vehicles, Juan Navarro (Internet Sales Manager) was the first to respond. Once I expressed my expectations and concerns, he was more than confident that AutoShow's many years of experience would surpass expectations. I felt comfortable enough to schedule my test drive appointment. I received a confirmation call from their very friendly assistant and she advised that I would be assisted by one of their seasoned agents, Sergio. When I got to their lot, I was amazed at the quality of vehicles they had available. They carry something for every budget. The warm welcome of the team made me feel like a VIP. Moreover, once the already mentioned agent engaged in conversation, I never felt that he was asking me qualifying questions. It felt like a regular conversation. At the end of the test drive, he said "I understand your challenges. I'm here to help". The latter was proven once I overheard the sales team negotiate with the banks to get me the best deal possible. Believe it or not, I left the dealership with a better vehicle than the one I targeted. It was all made possible by the willingness of Autoshow's sales team and Sergio's know how. I like the car I purchased (very happy with the car, 2014 BMW 335i), I thought the salesman was helpful (hard working retiree and service veteran) and I even think the sales manager was helpful. What I've had a hard time with are their policies and procedures for payment. I feel I was not treated in the manner I'm accustomed to as a financially secure paying customer. For starters; they have a $3K limit for credit/debit card payments (so you can forget about getting your points for the purchase), you have to pay with a bank check or cash, even if you're pre-approved with your own financing...expect to have them push their financing options on you, but once you're approved...expect to have to provide all the verifications for income and assets to them (not an issue, but not the type of stuff I go into a dealership carrying). They approved me for their financing but were surprised when I opted to stay with my own bank...question for them, if you're already pre-approved, why would you want to have to go-back and provide check stubs and financial records to the dealership when your existing bank already had all of that (they should accept the credit score for someone coming in with a high/excellent credit rating according to your own check). In the end, I went in there with my financing lined up and the funds to purchase the car I knew I wanted when I walked-in. It still took me 4-hours to complete my purchase and three visits post-purchase. I had to return on Monday (I started on Sunday) with a cashier's check since I could only pay $3K on a credit card and a separate debit card payment would not be accepted (even though a debit card payment doesn't cost a dealership a finance cost like a credit card), they hold your spare key as ransom while they process your tag/auto registration, and I received my registration last week, but will have to make another trip to the dealership to pickup my refund from my registration overpayment because it wasn't ready with my registration and they don't mail any of that stuff to you for convenience (I probably have 8-10 hours invested in this purchase and the clock is still running). I guess it's a matter of what's important to you...if you've worked hard in life to achieve a certain measure of financial stability and like to be treated with a certain level of respect and trust as a customer, don't expect that from this dealership. The "low class" distrustful manner they treat their customers had me questioning whether or not I wanted to purchase a car from them. While I had a decent experience with my salesman (Mr. Cary, an Army veteran I respected who I thought did his best with the rules he had to deal with), the owner he works for will needs to change the rules he has in place to ramp up the customer experience. Their asking close to $9,000 for a car that need paint work , interior work along with engine work . The wheel was missing a center cap , the car was filthy and smelled like smoke . It needed a full detail plus more . So as I get in the car for a test drive . Their is no gas in the car . 0 miles and only a test drive around the block . I had the gas peddle to the floor at one point and the car was what I felt like slow . Not to mention that it had a turbo I believe . So as I pull back into the dealership I smell burning oil . I pull the hood to see smoke coming from the back side of the engine . So I tell Wayne ( my salesman ) that it's leaking from the intake manifold gasket . And he ask me if I know about cars and I reply yes because I work on my own personal car . Back to the story I eventually look under the car after I turn it off to see it's leaking oil from the back side of the motor which I've already noticed . Wayne tells a mechanic that's works their which when he tells him about the leak he has a attitude and walks to go look at the car . Comes back in minutes later and says that it's not leaking and that they will look at it in the morning . The kind of behavior the mechanic gave me turned me away from that dealership . Its trash. They sell defective cars. They rig it just long enough that nothing goes wrong for a month or so. They sell you a warranty and WORD IT as if you dont pay anything out of pocket when in fact you do. They are deceptive and I have contacted EVERYONE including the consumer office division, state attorney, FTC, DMV , I want to make sure they dont sell another car again if I have anything to do with it. They lie about their warranty. Dont come to this place they are being investigated for fraud and selling defective cars with the intent to sell a warranty that you still will have to pay out of pocket for. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They lack customer service and refused to fix my car when the engine light came on. I didn't know much about cars at the time so when i drove off the lot, engine light came on. I had literally just paid over $7000 cash for the car. When i drove back, all they did was put a scanner in and cleared the engine light, insisting it was a mistake. I was 18 at the time, didn't know any better and i had to drive five hours away the next day to go back to school in Gainesville. I had just had an accident down in Miami a few weeks before which resulted in my car being totaled while staying at my mom's and was in need of a car badly to make the drive back. As a result, i was in desperate need of a car quick and for the right price. When i asked for the carfax, their excuse was that they didn't have access to one. Again, i was 18 so i didn't know what i know now. As a dealer, they do have access to it. They are just liars. Imagine my surprise when just a week later, engine light comes back on and they refuse to take ownership for the fact that they sold me a car with mechanical issues that they tried to hide. I had no idea that every time i filled up the gas tank, gasoline would come gushing out the back of my car, onto the street from the gas tank. Imagine turning on a faucet and just wasting water down the drain. That's exactly how it looked like as i would drive away from a gasoline station. I had to spend over $400 out of my own pocket on repairs aside from the price I paid cash for my car. Never again will I purchase a car from this dealer again! I've come back and edited this review after years of having left this. I just felt i needed to give a much more clearer, overall picture of what actually took place. This dealer I found on cars.com. The vehicle was as described, in good condition overall. Chris was easy to work with, he handled everything quickly and efficiently. The place itself needs an overhaul. Visually the place is kinda run down looking, but I didn't spend much time there. I test drove the car, loved it, made an offer. Never go here. I had just moved to Florida and was looking to eventually trade my blazer in. A friend had recommended i go there. I wanted a specific car but was willing to get a cheaper car that i could make 6 payments on then refinance for the car i wanted. They never even opened the door to the car i was interested in. I then explained that ill get something else as long as i can refinance in 6 months. I explained what payments i was willing to make for a car i didnt want. They ignored my request and showed me a convertible mustang that i didnt want. I asked what else they had and he told me that he had a cheaper fusion, but never showed it to me. He aggressively said that i had to get the mustang. I agreed with the intent to refinance in 6 months. A few days later the sales person kept messaging me saying he needed the title to the blazer i traded in. I explained to him it was bought at an auction and i didnt have it. He explained the sale wasnt completed without it. I then stated you can have the car back then, because i never wanted it. He would then go on to say the sale is complete he just needs the title. This went on for a few days until i came in to sign some papers. I then paid the no title fee and he came over to where i was at, harassing me about it. The finance lady then explained to him i paid the fee so theres nothing to worry about. I had the car about 4 months and went to a ford dealership looking to trade in. The sales person stated that the company they financed through you typically cant refinance for 2-3 years and will have to have around $3k cash to refinance with.
