I first spoke with Arlette the day prior and explained exactly what I was looking for. She was quick to get all the information back to me via email and followed up with a text, which I really appreciated. Shortly after, Jodi called to follow up, answer my questions, and go over available inventory. She was attentive, kind, and genuinely funny--I felt comfortable right away. I was very upfront that I don't enjoy going to dealerships and wanted the process to be as quick and straightforward as possible. I had my vehicle appraised ahead of time and sent Jodi the information via text. By the time I arrived, she already had the full breakdown ready for me. The process was smooth, efficient, and as quick as it could be. Frank in finance was also great to work with. He was friendly, transparent, and easygoing. He clearly explained the available options and made the process feel comfortable and stress-free. I've been with Mazda for the last six years and was considering making a change, but the CX-50 Turbo ended up being the perfect fit for me--and the car is an absolute dream. Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Gunther Mazda and this team.

They tried to sell her a tire rotation, air filter replacement and some other items for about $250 and we declined. Not sure if this has anything to do with the punishing waste of time she is encountering 2 hours after she declined the extra service. When booking an appointment, I suggest you confirm that you will be serviced within a reasonable time as compared to your appointment time.

Back then, he told me to wait until June before looking at my options. Recently, I found a vehicle on Kia's website at a price that worked for me and sent it to Jerry. He told me they could make that deal happen. I also explained that I was over my mileage allowance and still had two lease payments remaining. Jerry assured me that wouldn't be an issue and that Gunther would take care of it. Based on that conversation, I came into the dealership today. I made it clear that I would have my kids with me and needed the process to be as quick as possible. Unfortunately, I sat there for almost an hour before Jerry even spoke to me. He took my keys about 30 minutes into the wait, so I couldn't even leave. When he finally came over, he handed me a deal sheet that was over $100 a month higher than the payment we had discussed. At that point, I just asked for my keys back. A manager came over to explain the difference, and one of the reasons was the two remaining lease payments. I reminded them that Jerry had specifically told me those payments would not show up in my new payment because Gunther was going to take care of them. The manager acknowledged that I had been given incorrect information. I looked Jerry right in the eye and told him that felt very deceptive. If I had been given accurate information from the start, I never would have wasted my time coming in, especially with my kids. That's not the level of honesty or transparency I expect when making such a major financial decision.

He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Mike took the time to answer all of my questions, made the buying process straightforward, and never made me feel pressured. His customer service was excellent and definitely made a positive impression. Unfortunately, the delivery experience did not meet the same standard. There were issues that made the final handoff feel disorganized and less smooth than expected, which took away from what had otherwise been a good experience. After such a strong sales process, the delivery fell short of expectations. That said, I would still recommend Taverna Jeep--especially if you're able to work with Mike. With some improvement in their delivery process, this dealership could offer a truly great overall experience.

Charged for spark plugs (6) replacement when they were not (learned this when vehicle taken to reputable car mechanic within a week after) in need of replacement; the ignition coils were. In addition, ONLY the three (3) easiest accessible spark plugs were replaced. It was recommended the engine mounts be replaced, which was NOT the issue; the oil filter housing needed replacement instead. Further, driving away from Taverna after the "service" was completed, within minutes the engine light came on again. Called a few times asking to return, leaving messages and finally being able to speak to someone who indicated I would hear back soon. Still waiting. Stay AWAY from this place. No clue what they're doing!

Even during COVID, when prices were high, he worked within my budget and got me exactly what I needed. This time, Mo introduced me to Sebastian, and I can't say enough about him. Sebastian is incredibly knowledgeable about every feature of the vehicle. He and the team were so accommodating, letting me set the timing around my busy travel schedule. I told them my dream car, my budget, and they made it happen. I was in and out in under two hours! I fell in love with the Acura Integra sport package, and they kept it within my budget. I've only been here about 15 minutes, but I wanted to share a couple quick observations that might improve the waiting area experience. One suggestion would be to consider replacing the cloth waiting chairs with plastic, pleather, or leather seating. Cloth can sometimes trap dust or mites and is harder to sanitize regularly compared to wipeable surfaces. Another idea might be adding a couple of massage chairs (even just 2-3). It would allow customers to relax while they wait and could really enhance the experience. Lastly, it might help to have guest Wi-Fi available without needing to ask for a password. Sometimes customers prefer not to interrupt staff while they're busy, especially during peak times. Everything else looks great so far, and I'm looking forward to the service. Just thought I'd share these observations as a first-time customer. Thanks!

I was told yesterday that I needed two new tires on the passenger side that they were basically bald. Each tire would have been around $120. Which I would need an alignment, granted I did need one anyway. They also wanted to charge me for mounting, (which I get all places do things differently) that charge would've been about $430. The mechanic stated that I needed to change my brake fluid, I already did that the last time I was there. Xavier fixed the mistake since apparently that was supposed to be for another car. But I was still baffled that they said my tires were bad... I told them I would pass. I took my car to another place this morning... MY TIRES ARE NO WHERE NEAR BALD AND THERE IS STILL THREADING! My tires are in better condition than the used tires I saw around the shop! I don't know if the mechanic screwed up and put someone else's information on my account. I don't think I'll be going back. They almost costed me 1000 for things I didn't need.

She delivered the most important thing when your vehicle is having unexpected mechanical issues, consistent communication that did not require any action on my part. Every day, sometimes twice in a day, I received a call just to provide an update on the diagnostic being performed to identify the issue. The fact it took a while to diagnose was totally overshadowed by the amazing service. I'm a licensed insurance agent/adjuster for 33+ years and almost never purchase extended warranties or "insurance" protection on technology. Because I was purchasing a German car, I made the exception and it paid off. For that reason, I also recommended going over your extended warranty options with the sales rep at time of purchase. It is not for every situation, I would still take the time to review. My decision to take it made my service experience even better. They explained my benefits clearly before we got started, provided a loaner while they diagnosed the issue to confirm warranty coverage, and got me in and out of the loaner with ease. The entire experience, start to finish could not have gone better, all things considered. The dealership is always sparkling clean, staff members helpful and polite, with a nice variety of vehicles to check out during my visit. Additional compliments to their business and service center set-up and operating procedures. Streamlined to keep things moving and the staff and customers happy. Thanks again Jessica!!!

    For several years, I have used this CarMax location to sell my vehicles but have never made a…read morepurchase. The selling process was simple with no hassels. I brought my vehicle to the main front lot where they provide an adjustor to check the mileage and condition to provide a price that CarMax will honor for seven days even without purchasing another vehicle. The offer price is firm with no negotiating. Today, I walked the massive back lot for a gently used vehicle which have different options every week. The two beautiful corvettes at the front of the lot were very inviting and at a decent price. Did not buy today, but will keep checking.
