This is a very dishonest company that will take your money and not stand behind their work. We spent over $20k on flooring for our home in Breckenridge. We told the sales person we rent the place out when we are not using it and he sold us an LVP product that he claimed would be durable and would hold up against water and renters. Well three years later the floors look like crap. They are popping and swelling in different places, seams coming apart and chipping. The floors look embarrassing and need to replaced. I am not looking for a refund or even free floors, but I was looking for some sort of resolution like store credit on materials that I could used towards replacing the garbage they sold us. Basically I was hoping to find a middle ground. I called and spoke with Cheri the owner and right away she told me it was a manufacture issue, not a workmanship issue. This was without even seeing the floors. When I sent her pictures she then ignored me when I followed up with her several times. Then I spoke with their GM Randy, who was very condescending and after a few conversations told us to pound sand. He said since our place was used as a rental the manufacture's warranty would be void. I told him we discussed the use with the sale's person so why did they sell us this product? Randy's response was "that sale's person is no longer with us". As if that absolves them of responsibility. Then I asked to see the manufacture's warranty, then the excuse shifted to "that manufacturer is no longer in business". Randy is a shifty guy. If you want to spend a lot of money with a company and when there is a problem they take zero responsibility then Big Bob's Flooring is your place. I find their response laughable, canned and untrue. Hey Randy, maybe fill in the blanks that person that made the template left for you. Hahaha! Your canned message says you're willing to work out a solution, that's exactly why I called you multiple times and you did not work out a solution. I very much would love to find the middle ground on this situation. You and Cheri know how to contact me. After shopping around we found a great deal at Big Bobs on carpet for our home. Installation day came and went with no issue. The crew was great and did an excellent job. What wasn't excellent was Randy the salesman. The man lacks any professionalism or couth. He called me twice and when I wasn't available he threatened to turn me over to an attorney for an outstanding balance 48 hours after installation. When an attempt to call him back was made, he wasn't even in the office to handle the balance. His threatening messages were completely unnecessary. All he needed to do was be at work and answer his phone, instead he chose to leave early due to the snow. Nobody should be treated with such disrespect from a business that just spent thousands of dollars at. If customer service matters to you, buy your flooring somewhere else. read more

I worked with this company for a few years after my carpet salesman started working there. I'm a landlord and need affordable, quick, reliable service for my apartments. Things went well at first and the company did a few apartments for me in Colorado Springs and Denver. Around the first of February, 2024, I called to arranged to carpet an apartment in Denver. The procedure in the past was for the salesman to measure, give me a price, collect a deposit and schedule the install. In this case, I needed the carpet by February 29, 2024 for a move in. Time went by and no call with the estimate. I checked back every week or so and received assurances that the job could be done by the end of the month. Today, however, I was told that they don't know when they can get to Denver, if at all. I'm left with 6 days lead time to find a new carpet dealer and get it installed. The guy asked me why I called Big Bob's in the first place, instead of someone in Denver. I guess he never heard of loyalty. read more

After getting my house back in order after the install, I had to make sure I left a review of this amazing company. My wife n I were totally screwed by Empire and left high n dry. I called around town but no one could install for about a week or more. When I called Big Bob's Flooring I was told to come down and they would try to help us out. We not only found the same exact style of carpet and pad, but also was told Jose could install the next day. He was absolutely amazing and knew exactly what he was doing. My family can not thank this company enough for the professionalism, and great work. Not only that but they beat the price of the bigger company's by a landslide. I've not been this impressed since coming to Colorado. Everyone at Big Bob's has gone above and beyond and I have a beautiful floor because of it. The quality of work is what is most impressive. Orlando installed our floor and I highly recommend him!!! Where he removed the trim, he reinstalled it much better than before! He caulked the edges leaving beautiful trim. Worst experience ever. The installers didn't show up until 7 pm the second day. Carpet is poor quality, shedding everywhere. they argued with me and didn't put in a transition now nails stick up between carpet and tile. You're better off going to Home Depot. read more

I was very pleased with the service my husband and I received in the store. Staff was extremely helpful in choosing the carpet we wanted as well as giving us pricing. They had a tech free while we were there and so they came to our house the same day for measurements. I feel as if the pricing was reasonable for the quality of the work. My only complaint was one of the men installing the carpet (who I believe was in training) had a foul mouth and was gossiping the entire time. I felt this was unprofessional and I was quite upset with his language around my small children. The other installer was very professional and polite. read more

Worst experience I have ever had. I bought my flooring here and the contractors that came out to demo and install the flooring damaged my cabinets, put a small hole in my kitchen wall, and said they would come back over the weekend to install the baseboards. They never showed up. I messaged them multiple times and no response. I am very upset with the job and wish I would have had someone else do the demo and install. They kept asking me when I was going to pay the remainder when the floor wasn't even completely installed. Now I have to replace my kitchen cabinets since they damaged them and I also have to find someone else to come install my baseboards since they will not call or message me back. I will not be going back to this company. Very upset with the whole experience. I spent a lot of money and the job didn't even get complete. Also, the 3 days they were here, they let their truck leak oil all over my driveway and they didn't bother cleaning it up. Don't recommend this place due to the poor service I had. They seemed to only care about getting paid then providing me with good service. read more

Need Flooring? I highly recommend Big Bob's Flooring!!! We had a water disaster which ruined our carpet. Insurance would not cover it. Guy and Cheri Ferrell took great care of us. He explained different grades of carpet, helped me select a carpet for the house, and explained the process to us. The installers were professional and did an awesome job. I do not recall a time in which a trade was in my house or that we have dealt with that was as competent, honest, and had awesome prices for top quality product. Terrible, just terrible. two years ago i purchased a carpet for our home office. It was professionally installed and showed large lines across it known to be "roll crush." The company sent in a third part who assured us that it would be replaced. It never was and to this day (2 years later) it is still showing the same lines across it where the roll laid on a warehouse floor somewhere. I contacted Bob's carpet who sold the carpet to me and even though they are very well aware of the problem have never credited anything to us. The company that they bought the carpet from no longer sells carpet and says they will not honor the warranty. Big Bob's has not done anything about it in house either. Stay away from Big Bob's as they do not back the product they sell. Now I am stuck with this 30+ yards of installed carpet until it wears out and it is commercial grade. In conversation, I was told by Hershel there was a job opening and he offered to introduce me to the owner. This company was recommended by my realtor as I am moving and had a couple small holes in my carpet that needed repaired. I called and spoke with Randy. It was discussed that they could remove carpet from the spare bedroom closet and use that to patch the holes. My plan was to then place laminate in the closet. Randy said that it would cost $200 and if I had already purchased the laminate, they would install it for free. Randy told me than someone would be at my house first thing in the morning on 3/16/20. I had to leave for work about 9am so my mother stayed at my house. By 10:30 no one had shown up and I had not received any phone calls. We called and spoke with Randy who said that it would now be around 1:00pm before someone got to me house. Ivan showed up that afternoon to fix the carpet. However, he said that the charge would be $125 to repair the carpet and then $150 to install the laminate. At this point, I noticed that my credit card had already been charged $200 before anyone even showed up to do any work. My mother spoke with Randy again, as I was at work, and he told her that it was vinyl they would install, not laminate. I had to take the laminate back and purchase vinyl. Randy said that someone would be at my house first thing Saturday morning, 3/21/20. He then called and said someone would be there later in the afternoon. Around 2:30pm on Saturday, Randy called to say that the workers were running late on other jobs and it would have to be Monday. He said someone would be there at 9:00am Monday morning and he would call me at 8:30 to confirm. There was no phone call on Monday and no one ever showed up at my house. I have never experience such horrible service from a company and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use this company in the future! read more

Do not use this company. They came out and measured. Thought their quote seemed high. So had another company come out and sure enough they measured 20 sq yards less than Big Bob's Flooring Outlet. Saved me about $400. Not sure if big bob made a mistake or they are over measuring on purpose. Always get three bids. read more

They over charge you then try the old bait & switch & give u lower quality then what you pick out & turns out they think it is ok not to tear out the old carpet and pad (that was 30 some yrs old org. to house) and put paid & carpet over it! read more
