Terrace is the only company open on a Saturday that sells welding gas that I could find and so I went in right when they opened on Saturday morning. I had a 60cf tank and they don't deal in them and since they don't do fills on site, I would seem I was screwed or I was buying another tank just to get the job done (I don't need another tank.. mine is perfectly fine and well within inspection spec). I explained the situation and Tony figured out a solution that would get me welding over the weekend without wasting money on something I don't need.
