My drier stopped working recently. I called Dave and set up an appointment the following day for him to come and check to see if my drier could be repaired. Dave was incredibly knowledgeable and very courteous. He wore a mask, which I really appreciated and informed me of what he was planning to check and expecting to see as he did his work. He wound up repairing a part that was broken, instead of completely replacing it, which saved me money and was ultimately better for my machine's longevity. Excellent service! Dave was prompt in coming out to fix our refridgerator that broke on a Saturday afternoon. He was professional and personable throughout the process and explained the repairs in detail so we understood what he was fixing. I highly recommend Daves appliance repair! My washing machine failed the week before I was scheduled to have surgery. Dave came out the day after I called and assessed the situation right away. Dave saved me. In trying to get my dad's house ready to sell after he passed away, the washing machine quit in the middle of a load. Dave was outstanding in the repair and very knowledgeable. I have a Samsung dryer and the idler went out. For what Samsung would of charged me to repair I would've been better buying a new one. Dave charged for the service call, the parts and labor at a fraction of what Samsung would've charged. My washing machine was leaking into the washer drum. Dave picked up the part he thought I'd need and came the next day. Quoted me a fair price. After repairing the obvious problem he asked if I'd ever cleaned the pump on the bottom of the machine. Um, no I hadn't. He took the cover off and cleaned the obviously clogged pump.
