Like the other Food Truck Invasions there was a nice selection of trucks plus a bar. The best deals of the night were from La Nostra Pizza, which had 2 slices and a coke for $6, and Bea's Heavenly Wings, which had a chicken on a stick for $4. The best food I had was the chicken on a stick, with a slightly spicy BBQ sauce, and the mojo chicken tacos from Curbside Gourmet. The event was a little crowded but that was probably because it was the first night. When we go to any Food Truck Invasion we always bring a couple of folding camp chairs and a bag with some waters and cokes, napkins, paper plates, and gum or mints. Having a place to sit and eat is always a plus. If you get the chance you should really give this or any of the food truck invasions a try.

Got a plate of ribs w/ 2 sides. Cooked perfectly. Also got a pulled pork sandwich. The sandwich was really good size. Pulled pork had great flavor and nice bark. Yes, $40 at a food truck! Manny made us very very happy that evening! Between 4 of us, we ordered 2 orders of fries, conch fritters, chicken tenders, and a chili dog. I only dabbled in the fries and fritters. The fries were perfectly crispy, golden brown, and had a perfect amount of Old Bay seasoning sprinkled throughout. The conch fritters were TO DIE FOR. Manny served them with a creamy cajun dipping sauce that complimented the sweetness of the fritter quite well. If I wasn't trying to avoid the dreaded "muffin top", I would've placed another order. Be sure to visit Manny when you're in Vero next. I'm not sure where else he hangs out, but he'll definitely be at Riverside Cafe on Thursday nights!

I took my burger and water to a pavilion near by to see how it was. They put some pasta salad and pineapple chunks in the paper tray with the burger. I ate those first, they were very favorable and fresh. time for the burger, I grabbed it and took a bite. Between the bun was double meat, lettuce, tomato and some kind of relish. My personal favorites are the Empanadas Truck, the Pizza trolley and the Curbside Grill. At the Curbside Grill I got the angus burger with applewood bacon. I picked a side of noodles instead of fries. The noodles were the bomb. I almost always gets couple empanadas to take home with me for a late night snack.
