Yes, $40 at a food truck! Manny made us very very happy that evening! Between 4 of us, we ordered 2 orders of fries, conch fritters, chicken tenders, and a chili dog. I only dabbled in the fries and fritters. The fries were perfectly crispy, golden brown, and had a perfect amount of Old Bay seasoning sprinkled throughout. The conch fritters were TO DIE FOR. Manny served them with a creamy cajun dipping sauce that complimented the sweetness of the fritter quite well. If I wasn't trying to avoid the dreaded "muffin top", I would've placed another order.
