The estimator came to our house moving from and looked at every room top to bottom and outside etc so I thought the estimate would be close. Then they broke our coffee table and tread mill and only offered a sorry and nothing else. The movers were great! But the office personnel were not helpful or seemed like they cared at all. Would not recommend. To the company: Clean up your act, try to care more, and please get people to estimate that actually know what it will truly cost and the time it will take.
