Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible. Items were damaged, not wrapped in padded blankets, secured properly in the back of the truck, boxes fell on other things in the truck, you name it. They called Mach and asked if he could help me and my move that was supposed to take place on Saturday morning, 6-29-24, finally happened on Monday morning. So I sat in a house with nothing but filled boxes ready to move and thank God my couch and TV were still there so I could watch it. One of their movers was pretty professional and very polite the other one not so at all. when he got dirt and leaves all over inside my new place, his response was, hey man you got some bullshit that you're gonna have to clean up. After they left I did find two nicks in my walls and this was a brand new build that they gouged. I paid them, but was never given a receipt. The other company gave me the cell phone of Mach . After texting him and reaching out to him at least four times telling him I needed a receipt for tax purposes he NEVER responded.
