I went in and got a small pepperoni Pizza and the food quality was very poor. It just tasted like sugar. When I got the pizza I also asked where the toppings were and was told that they put them under the cheese. The toppings just slid off the overly sweet sauce. I then messaged the company and the person that worked there just told me I didn't know how to order a pizza there and laughed at me. The also told me that I should have just gone to Domino's where they put the pepperoni on top if I didn't like the way they did it. I love pizza and buy a lot of it, so when a new shop opened near me I was happy, Ive been getting pizza from this location since it opened with no problem I get the pizza I order which is 1/2 and 1/2 everytime. I've ordered no less than 100 pizzas from this location. Tonight I was getting my regular pizza order when I was told that if I wanted a half and half I'd have to pay extra, I explained that this is the 1st time Ive heard this and never had this happen before; and the owner proceeds to tell me about how they've been open 11years and have always done this. I assure you they have never done this. His recommendation for me was to get my pizzas somewhere else then as it "seems can't be pleased" I will be spending my money somewhere else thanks for the advice. Unless you want to be disrespected I highly recommend that you order your pizza from literally anywhere else as the owner is extremely unprofessional and unappreciative to his customers. you would think that a pizza place new to the area, surrounded by other pizza shops (old town pizza, Mr. Jims, Dominos, Acropolis pizza) would have a little more tact with his customers. This was my favorite place to get pizza but like others have commented I will be going other places. read more

Ordered a pizza/garlic fingers combo and they weren't cooked, almost entirely raw bacon and raw dough. When we called for a refund, they said we'd need to speak with the manager. We called the manager the next day and she told us it was our responsibility to make sure the pizza was cooked before we left the store and then said we'd need to contact the owner for a refund. He refused to refund and just offered to replace the meal, so we called to order and was told we'd only get a replacement pizza, not the combo, and to contact the owner again to sort it out. Contacted the owner again and he wouldn't respond. Then they told us we had placed an order and not picked it up?! It's completely okay for a small business to make mistakes, but how they respond to those mistakes says everything. Never ordering from this disgusting restaurant again. read more

Newest location of BCP, here in Torbay. Still working out a couple kinks... we tried to order salad, but they are apparently a week or two from offering them. The pizza was pretty good though. Personally. I would have a liked a crust that was a bit crunchier but a nice, soft crust is nothing to sneeze at. Had a good selection of toppings to choose from too, although, I would suggest adding spinach as a possibility, too. This place is good if you want something easy, quick, affordable and tastes pretty great! Happy to see them in the neighbourhood. read more

We have ordered from here 5 times and it's very inconsistent, sometimes garlic fingers are covered in garlic sometimes there's too little, sometimes the donair sauce is thick sometimes it's runny, sometimes the dough is thin and crispy sometimes its thick. Normally loved this place and had been ordering from them with consistent results/good service for about two years but very disappointed with most recent orders! Last night I recommended it to my friends as better than a big chain they normally order from but we ended up waiting two hours for our delivery after having been told one hour. When I called at the hour and 20 minute mark to ask if about the delay I was put on hold for 5 minutes only to be told with absolutely no apologies for the delay that we would be the next delivery. 40 minutes later it finally arrives, again no apology for the wait. The pizza was good but the garlic fingers were subpar and missing the bacon we had ordered. This is the second order in a row that the garlic fingers (which I love more than the pizza) were kind of gross. Almost like they had been sitting way too long. I realize it was a weekend and a busy time of year but hey need o make an effort to be honest to their customers about wait times and maintain the quality of the food! read more
