June 11, 2024 The quality taste of the chicken sandwich, and tenders was poor. The meals had no flavor, over powered with spices. Worst of all the chicken meat was watery and chewed like rubber. The drink machine dispensed Pepsi products which tasted old and no flavor. The ice dispenser expelled "slush". The cost of $30 meal made me feel as if my pockets were picked. I like "Shaq" but his reputation is not being respected at this facility in Hixson, TN. read more

We got our food to-go and it was still good! Next time we will be eating in person. The service was pretty good! The environment was interesting according to my partner. He said there weren't a lot of tables, but that's okay! All of these separate ratings need to be taken with a grain of salt, because we ordered it to-go. I was indecisive at first but the nice person at the register was very helpful in guiding me. I settled on the chicken tenders and let me tell you...these things were delicious. They were large, crunchy, and full of flavor. I had the Nashville Hot and enjoyed them in their ranch. Their fries were pretty amazing too. I was very disappointed in the big chicken sandwich. At Big Chicken on Hixson Pike, The chicken was so thin that Jack, Bojangles and Chick-fil-A would put them to shame with their chicken sandwich. Also you had to pay $.50 for a tomato and $.50 for lettuce that is insane for a chicken sandwich and a large drink, it was $15, I could've went to outback and got a sirloin and a salad on the lunch menu for $13. Needless to say we won't be back and the breading on the chicken didn't even stay on the very thin piece of chicken actually the only good thing about that sandwich was, the brioche bun. everyone has an opinion this one is mine. Who knows maybe you can go in there and you like it that way, but I don't. read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars. By far the worst chicken shop I've ever eaten at. The chicken tenders were soggy, and lacked flavor. The ranch tasted like hidden valley, and every other sauce tasted old. The dirty fries were cold and soggy. The cheese tasted like melted craft singles. I loved it! Tried the Shaq attack sandwich, fries, and my girlfriend had the chicken tenders, battered, they do have grilled available. She liked them, we both liked the sauces, and you can have all you want, you don't have to ask for extra at the counter! The shakes were delicious as well! Ignore the haters! Someone said it was an old building, I'm glad I didn't listen. Building was brand new built from the ground up, clean and a good atmosphere. The food was excellent!! The sauce bar lets you try the different flavorful sauces. It is a little pricier then some places. If you want a dollar menu go elsewhere. Restaurant was dirty. Food was disgusting. The chicken was sp tough even my bulldog couldn't bite through it. Tried many many times to call and speak to restaurant to let them make it right, but nobody EVER answered the phone. Even tried emailing corporate with zero response. Horrible location anyways. WAY too difficult to get in and out on that busy park of Hixson Pike. Won't be going back and definitely will relay my experience to anyone that asks. read more
