The shop owner here has gone to great lengths to get every vendor of every product you could ever need. Rather than cover up for what people do with Nitrous (which can be a great ingredient in foods) I will say, don't buy it unless you have an equal amount of oxygen to mix it, and even then you best have medical monitoring equipment and a full ambulance on standby. While I myself have used in the past I do not recommend due to vitamin deficiencies that can be induced by chronic expsoure. If you want to get hopped up on anesthetics, go talk to your local hospitals anesthesia department, they often recruit healthy people to have anesthesiologists do training runs, it also is good for people with surgical phobia because you're doing a dry run without a scalpel in the room. I know this could possibly get shot down but I would rather people be educated in what they see on the shelves of the shop than buy it assuming it is totally safe and without risks. The staff members here are incredibly helpful and they know their inventory.
