Absolutley terrible service. Bought a Mr. Fog from them and had it die in 50 rips. Called to exchange it and the guy said he couldn't unless it was the same day, which was disappointing but understandable. Went back the same day I called to pick another up. Opened and tested it in the car and it didn't work. Not even blinking. When I went in to exchange that one, I was called a liar to my face and told to bug a third. Absolutely fucking ridiculous, especially since he told me on the phone I could exchange one the same day. Since I knew it was broken, I took it apart when I got home only to find the wires completely corroded. The worst part is the fucker told me I should have ripped it in the store before I left but wouldn't let me prove it afterwards. These guys are total scammers with 0 integrity. read more

This place is horrible I do not recommend for anyone. Me and my buddies went in there were 4 of us, and the guy working was rude off the bat. Place was more expensive than other vape shops and at the end only one of us bought something and the guy yelled at us and said don't come in here with 4 people if only one person is going to buy something and then called us the "N" word at the end although he was a Hispanic man. Additionally the product purchased was paid for in cash with no tax and we saw him pocket the money which he probably kept since we didn't even pay tax. Stopped by for the first time the other day. They had a low selection for the product I wanted but the guy working was very informative on other questions my friend and I had and told me that they would have what I wanted in stock within the week. My cuz bought me a Puffco Peak from this place back in September 2019, and all Puffco Peak's come with a one year warranty directly through Puffco, all you need is your receipt to show proof of purchase. Too bad the owner never gave my cousin the receipt when he bought it from him. To this day, Vortex Vapes refuses to give me or my cousin any receipt or proof of purchase for a Puffco device that I paid $300 cash for. Makes me wonder if the owner pocketed the money, and that's why he can't provide me with a receipt. My cousin and I have both asked the owner multiple times to give me a receipt for the purchase. Now, the Puffco doesn't work, and the owner seems clueless about providing his customers with their receipt. Unless you want to waste your money and get ripped off on your product's warranty, I highly suggest you find a different smoke shop. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EARTH! read more

Overall good products but they need to get a friendlier staff. On 06/23/19 around 3pm went inside to buy some Juul pods. Asked a simple question as to why the single Juul pod was more expensive by itself vs a pack.. the guy working pretty much said "it's more expensive because we take it out of the pack and if you don't understand that then you're stupid." There's a lot of vapes shops around that sell the same products for the same price.. next time I'll spend my money elsewhere with better service. Ps I come to this vape shop at least twice a week to stock up on Juul's and didn't plan on stopping due to my nicotine addiction but like I said, plenty of more shops around with staff that treats you with respect. This store is an awful place for any purchases. The utility I purchased lasted a day before breaking and we were refused a refund of any sort. Other products purchased were faultily advertised by the employees and were outrageously priced compared to other stores. Been in here a couple of times and never had a good experience. Upon my first arrival i needed a new a smok baby beast tank (super common) and they didn't have it. My 2nd time upon arriving i got there around 1 in the afternoon to find the store open but no one to be found. My 3rd time coming they were out of phix pods. Finally my fourth time and definitely my last was today 12/28 to which i came in for a juul basic kit. I needed just the unit no pods. The lady told me they had one left but it was $54.95??? MSRP on this is $34 off juuls website. I asked if she could drop the price at all and she said "uhhh no". Near 50% profit off a juul and near 0% customer service.
