I went to get my bottom belly piercing reopened, I told them through the same two holes that was already there and they told me OK but when they pierced my belly I did not realize that they reopened a brand new hole above my old belly ring hole and they did not tell me, it was so close together I didn't even realize and they knew and did not tell me anything so the next day I wake up I'm in extreme stomach pain I can't even move my belly ring how badly and swollen it is. days go by my stomach is still extremely swollen and very irritated. so overtime, my belly starts growing a granuloma mind you I got this piercing February 8 2026 and overtime the granuloma has been growing and it's march 11t 2026 , I've been having horrible problems with my belly ring since I went to them. the granuloma kept getting bigger and bigger leaking blood and pus and other fluids than it will pop on its own once it got too big to where it cant even hold the fluid inside anymore itself. it got to the point where I had to go to the doctors and they told me whoever pierced my belly infected that area of my stomach, the jewelry that they used wasn't clean and that infected the area of my stomach. so basically my doctor told I will have to get this surgically removed because it's just gonna keep growing and growing and it's going to leave a scar on my stomach because I went to People that pierced me read more

I will not be coming here anymore. I have been a client here for years, my previous piercers were great, giving me the right advice if I had any questions. I came here recently with questions regarding my vertical labret, had a bump that was pressing on the piercing which made it look crooked. He said it was migrating without coming up and examining it, asked what I used to clean it and I told him saline wound wash which my previous piercers have said to use. The current one basically didn't care for what I was told to use, told me to use specifically store brand mouth wash, but wasn't sure the bump would fully go away and mentioned migrating again. The entire time we spoke he had a bad attitude, and made it pretty clear he didn't want to talk with his body language. I got a second opinion elsewhere. First, he examined my piercing (which Big City tattoo's piercer did not), and mentioned saline wound wash is perfectly fine that's what they sell and recommend. Also told me to soak my piercing with a warm chamomile tea bag, and the bump is gone! My piercing was NOT migrating, the bump was pressing on it. I deal with a lot of pets for my career, and the dander most likely caused a reaction. read more

Since I didn't have an appointment I asked if there was anyone available. Sure enough there was, my first female tattoo artist. I have over 30 so it was very exciting to experience this. Her name is Amber and she I amazing. Just got something small and not a lot of detail, her line work and shading is outstanding. If you are looking for a female artist I would highly recommend her. I was a walk-in at this place just to get my septum re-pierced due to the previous one falling out roughly about 2 weeks ago. the piercer acted like he didn't want to even be bothered and was short and mono-toned the entire conversation. very unprofessional attitude and rushed the whole process, during said procedure he struggled with getting it straight and complained that my nose was too small. he proceeded to pierce through my skin; crooked and charged me 70$ for a fucked up septum. i tried saying something but he ignored me and did it anyway. im lucky that i went to a DIFFERENT piercing place to get it fixed because as soon as i walked in the new place the artist immediately told me it was messed up and he removed it for me. With that said. i do NOT!!! recommend this place for anything or anyone. even as a walk in and not an appointment, everything was disappointing. do better people! read more
