First let me shout out A.HartTattoos for suggesting Rico. A lot of people would've taken that money regardless of their ability to manifest a nice piece or not. I was once told when you find your artist you will know. Rico is my dude. Vibrates high, he's a perfectionist and his talent speaks for itself. Not only does my ink look amazing but I'm proud of it and the artist that brought it to life. Rico is my Artist...

I wasn't sure where I wanted to get a tattoo at, it was a very last minute decision. I came across this tattoo place and was greeted right away. Since I didn't have an appointment I asked if there was anyone available. Sure enough there was, my first female tattoo artist. I have over 30 so it was very exciting to experience this. Her name is Amber and she I amazing. Just got something small and not a lot of detail, her line work and shading is outstanding. If you are looking for a female artist I would highly recommend her. I'm for sure going back to her!

Not happy with the old so got it fixed, no it's perfect

I had a tattoo that I was not happy with, so for my Birthday my husband brought me to Big City to see if they could help. I had an idea but it was explained to me that it wouldn't look right so my husband made a suggestion and the artist took the idea and came up with this great picture, my blah tattoo now is an awesome piece of art. Thank you

Thank you Mark, we are definitely impressed with this tattoo especially my hubby loves it. See you again soon.

I am absolutely in love with the quality of work he does and the attention to detail. Diadem is a clean and sterile environment. She books her clients at least a month in advance. After months of impatiently waiting, I walked away with a beautiful tattoo. The shop is way out in Orange Park, which is somewhat unfamiliar territory to me. You walk in to a clean, modern and professional tattoo shop. I filled out a one page release, met my artist, saw the design, and took a seat. Granted, this was my first tattoo. I truly had no idea what to expect regarding my pain tolerance. More significantly, I was anxious how the finished product would turn out. Thankfully, I was in the best of hands, as Myra blew my expectations out of the water! All I'll say is that this tattoo has a deeply personal meaning behind it, and I'm honored Myra took my feelings to heart, all while drawing a killer design and applying it perfectly. This is a 5 star tattoo shop if there ever was one! I hope more folks take the time to show the shop some love on Yelp, because it is well-deserved. Thank you, Diadem + Myra!

My grandson and I visited the store because I was interested in having my ears pierced. The store…read morewas running a promotion that offered a free piercing with the purchase of a pair of earrings. However, the earrings included in the promotion were nearly $100 per pair, which I felt was too expensive for a piercing. As we were preparing to leave, my grandson suggested purchasing a less expensive pair of earrings instead. In response, I began to tell him that she had informed me that I could only choose earrings from a specific section. Before I had finished speaking, the associate interrupted and stated that she was not a "she." I was surprised by this correction, as I had no prior knowledge of the associate's preferred pronouns. Based on their appearance, including a floral blazer, shoulder-length curly hair, and a voice that I perceived as feminine, I had assumed they were female. There was no intention on my part to be disrespectful or offensive. Feeling uncomfortable with the interaction, I initially left the store. However, I later returned because I did not want the associate to believe I had intended any offense. I apologized and explained that my assumption had been unintentional. I also expressed that I did not think the discussion was appropriate to have in front of my grandson. The associate responded by saying that my grandson "had to learn someday." I felt that decisions regarding when and how such topics are discussed with my grandchild should be left to me and his parents rather than a store employee. The matter was subsequently brought to the attention of a manager. After discussing the situation, the manager supported the associate's handling of the interaction and their decision to discuss their gender identity in front of my grandson while then after saying not to come back. This left me dissatisfied with how the situation was addressed and with my overall experience at the store.

Didn't happen. The lady working there, 50-ish with a tiny "managerial looking" pony tail, not only was extremely rude and insulting to me, but proceeded to lecture me on my body jewelry choices. I mean really, her job is to sell things to customers, not to make lifestyle demands upon other people. Luckily, I'm nicer than she, and just walked away instead of treating her the same way she treated me, but I will never be back.
