Jeremy the gentleman that gave us the estimate was responding promptly at first but now is mia. The crew that sided our house stepped up and used our AC unit as a ladder and dented it. We just purchased it a year ago. They say they are going to pay for the repair but waiting for confirmation of that. They want too much of the money up front which seems to make them lose interest. 90% before the job is done. This star value could change if things look up. Update: Job was finished and work was done well. Continue with having the company credit us on the final bill for the air conditioner repair we already paid for. We have the pictures of their worker standing on the unit and the dent it cause. The salesman that does the estimates are very professional and make you feel like the company knows what they're doing. But not an actual representation of the workers and billing department.
