I believe they have been here before, but I did not visit the truck last time. I'm glad we walked down about 7:00 tonight and ordered the catfish plate and fried shrimp plate. The dining area is spacious and flexible, with seating that works well for individuals, couples, and larger groups. Everything was clean, and the dining area smelled of Indian spices. There is also a separate dining room available for parties, which is a nice touch. Ordering is straightforward and efficient: you walk up to the counter, place and pay for your order, the food is delivered to your table and you enjoy it. I appreciated how generous the breakfast combos are each one comes with a good amount of food. We ordered a breakfast combo with all of our favorites: dosa, upma, idli, sambar, and vada. The dosa was well-fermented, crisp, and flavorful. The upma was soft and comforting, with a moist, fluffy texture and was well seasoning. The idli was light and fluffy, and the sambar had just the right of flavor to complement it. The vada was crisp on the outside, tender inside, and paired especially well with the sambar. We finished our meal with a masala chai and left very satisfied. The prices were reasonable for the quantity and quality of food served. Eat Streets Indian Kitchen is definitely a keeper for us and a spot we will return to when we are in the area.

One: because it was so close to my hotel but two.. mostly because it meant I could grab delicious seafood AND a sweet dessert somewhere else in the hall all in one trip without having to brave the heat again twice! I ordered the Connecticut lobster roll, which is served warm with melted garlic butter and chives on a toasted split-top bun. I paired it with a yummy side of french fries. The roll was so perfectly delicious and tasted amazingly fresh.. Im drooling just thinking about it. It was so fantastic and even better with a little squeeze of fresh lemon juice in each bite! I don't eat my seafood with butter (any seafood), so having that lemon on hand made it just right. I didn't care much for the pickles on that come on the side but I'm sure others might. The french fries were also the ultimate crispy accompaniment to round out the meal. The counter service staff wasn't super overly friendly, but the food itself was so great that I really can't complain--plus, in a fun, bustling food hall setup where you're just ordering at the counter and walking away, you really only need a quick transaction anyway. I'll definitely be back next time a lobster craving hits!

They brought a large basket of perfectly crispy, warm chips with salsa and took my order. I got the #15 lunch special which is your choice of two enchiladas (I got sour cream chicken), rice and beans. The food was served quickly and at the perfect temperature. My enchiladas were bursting with chicken and the sour cream sauce was the perfect compliment. The rice was excellent as well. Even the iced tea is great, and featured a legit lemon slice. They have a full bar which I'll be trying on my next visit and two large TVs set where you can see one or both from any seat in the dining room. I told my server she's going to get sick of seeing me because I'll be here at least twice a week! Service was excellent by the way. My tea was even refilled without having to ask. The ground beef wasn't that good, chicken taco was better (surprisingly). Rice and beans were decent. Overall, didn't hate it here, but also not that great. There was a lot of people here and a lot of people waiting to be seated as well.

That's a win in my book. My wife has dined at other Coco Shrimp locations, but it was our first time at this location. The place is nicely decorated, looking like a kitchy joint you'd find in the Caribbean, and the staff was very pleasant. It's quick casual, order at the counter from the easy to read and not too fussy menu, and the staff will bring your food to your table. I chose the sampler plate, which nets seven very generously sized shrimp atop a bed of buttery rice and a small salad. The greens were fresh, the rice was toasty and buttery as promised, and those shrimp: Yum! I selected spicy (definitely on the warm side), butter garlic (wonderful butter garlic sauce with herbs) and the namesake Coco shrimp (crispy fried with coconut flakes and sweet chili sauce), and all were fantastic. It was a lot of food, so we even took leftovers home to have for dinner. This place was definitely worth the price, and we'd happily go again.

Pros: - high flavor food - easy ordering - strong value for the $ - easy ordering - fast - gut bomb special as huge portions esp rice Cons: - too too salty - not a place you have lunch at and go back to work. Everyone will know what you ate. Garlic tastes good, but you will smell like it. - Tacos need corn tortilla option. Flour becomes gooey and soggy. Biggest issue is just too too salty.
